Salad and Go

This place is more like Salad and Wowww! The salads are very poorly prepared, the order is taken but not not filled like instructed and they are holding out on the chicken, avocado or hardboiled eggs.I'd recommend taking the time to go to another location...48th street and Southern have not disappointed thus far.On to the next...

This is the only salad and go I have been to that is super slow. This is also the second time they didn't have frozen strawberry lemonade because they chose to clean it in the middle of the day. Giving them the second star as a courtesy to other locations in the chain ‍

I have eaten at several Salad and Go locations and my experience at this location has been the worst. I ordered my usual Buffalo chicken salad. Upon starting to eat, I noticed that the salad had no jalapeños and had pepperoncinis in it instead. There was not nearly as much celery, carrots or chicken as is normally in the salad. After getting to the bottom of the salad, I noticed that there was a lot of wilted/gross lettuce. It seems that this salad was not fresh at all. I was super excited about this location opening up. I hope they get it together.

Given that this location in particular is new, I didn't really expect it to be amazing. The drive thru has two lanes and it just took forever to get through. When it was finally my turn to order, I tried to give my order a couple of times but no one responded so I ended up having to push forward and ordering at the window. I received my salad with a couple of toppings missing but other than that it was fine. Hoping that it will change in the next few weeks as they get more established.

I love salad and go! Amazing prices for amazing quality food. This location just opened, of course it's busy, this is expected! I promise you it's worth the wait. The staff was working hard and they were so sincere about the long wait. I wanted to go there so I was totally okay with the wait. My go to favorite is the BBQ ranch with tofu wrap and the basil blueberry lemonade! Total for two meals and two drinks were $18. Can't beat that!

First and last time here! My friend and I ordered two salads for lunch. My friend had a Cobb salad, her avocado was black. I had the build your own vegetarian style with just lettuce, extra avocado, tomato, cucumber and green onions. Look at my photo and ask yourself, would a vegetarian asl for bacon??!! It's disgusting and sad that a simple order was messed up with chopped up dehydrated pig! I am vegetarian for a reason and it angers me to see bacon or any meat on my food, WHEN I DID NOT ASK FOR IT! This place is horrible! Will not recommend and I will not be back. Clearly this location has issues...look at the other reviews.

They need new management. Wait lines are atrocious. We want a salad and go but need better service.

I enjoy this salad and go. I know it got some negative reviews when they first opened but it looks like they got it together. It's always quick and fresh in my opinion and I have gotten it frequently. So nice to have something healthy in south Phoenix!

Today's salad was not good. I couldn't eat about half my salad, because so many of the lettuce leaves were wilted with dark green spots on them. See photo below. I also found a small sharp rock in my salad. I've bit on it, but luckily, did not break a tooth. The rock is about the size of my pinky fingernail. This could have been really dangerous since it is a choking hazard and could've caused damage to my teeth. I will not be returning to this location. I really love salad and go but will go to other locations instead.

Consideraba unas de las mejores ensaladas y limpias. Pero al prepararla encontré una hoja de lechuga con tierra. Que asco. Y ver que no son limpios.
