Salad and Go

I have been waiting for this spot to open up since I found out they were coming! I have been to several other locations and LOVE the Buffalo chicken salad. I ordered it at this location tonight around 8 pm. There was no one in line -- the location closes at 9 pm. My salad came out fast and the young lady at checkout was very sweet. My Buffalo chicken salad consisted of lettuce mix, celery, cherry tomatoes, pepperoncinis, shredded carrots, chopped Buffalo chicken, and croutons. The salad normally comes with blue cheese dressing. The salad as a whole was fresh and delicious. Prices are very affordable. I'm very happy that this location opened up! Will be frequenting regularly.

Again, my order was wrong. 2nd time in 3 days. Not what I paid for as I ordered a steak fajita wrap and got a traditional burrito.

I was hesitant to write this review because it is a new location and I want the new Laveen village shops to thrive. Unfortunately my husband and I got two Cobb salads and my husband found a bug (pretty big size) in the salad. It grossed us out so much that I couldn't even finish mine. My husband went back to show them and they were very apologetic. The two young ladies (even at our initial order contact) had great customer service, it was very fast service and they were very sweet. They gave us a full refund which we appreciate. I would request that this new business work more on quality assurance. Again, I want this location to thrive so please do what needs to be done to get this place amazing. Sadly, we won't be going back but wish this business all the best and hope they make some changes :(

If I could give negative stars, I would. We always go to the salad and go on 35th Ave. and baseline. I have never had any issues. Of course we were so excited that we got one here closer to us so we decided to try it. We got there at 8:40 maybe 845. As soon as we pulled in it was empty so I was kind of nervous because I was like oh I wonder if their food was gonna be fresh. We got two chicken Caesar salads when we got home the lettuce was black, wilted, soggy, inedible. Even the croutons were stale. Of course by the time we realized it was too late to go back and tell them bc they were closed. Super disappointed. I did call the store and let them know. They offered me 2 free salads tomorrow, which is super nice. But that doesn't really help me as this was my dinner for tonight. Now I know to make the drive to the other location instead, at least until this one becomes more established.

We've been to this location 3 times. The second time we came our order was slightly wrong. Besides that though everything has been perfect. The service here is quick and all the workers are very friendly. You really can't beat the price and the quality

Gone here twice and both times they failed to tell me that they are out of avocados. Will not be going back to this location ever again!
