Summary: huge parking lot, although a bit pricy, rolls were huge and worth the price, clean and friendly service. Cute little place right across the Angelika movie theatre. There are plenty of parking spaces and their restrooms are clean (separate men and women). They have a variety of rolls including traditional ones and rice-less ones. The rice-less ones we tried were the Diablo roll and Aloha roll. Although they were riceless, they were pretty big and well balanced in flavor. Their Crunchy Roll was deep fried and really super crunchy. They do give the paste type wasabi which I do not really care for, but the dishes we ordered all had their own sauces so the wasabi and soy sauce wasn't really needed. It was pretty clean and the server was very nice. Get your free dessert by checking in on Yelp! Not sure if it is supposed to come in 4 pieces or if they were super considerate and gave us 4 pieces for the 4 of us but it was deliciously sweet (custard cream).

Not great at all. We had been here before and it was OK. Not sure if new management, ownership, chefs, ??? but definitely will not be returning. First, service was terrible and we were the only people there. Two other couples came in while we were seated and left before ordering...never a good sign. One of the waitresses exclaimed how rude it was for someone to come in and leave...awkward. The food was not great either and overpriced for the quality. My daughter had a simple tempura udon, which was as bland as water. I had the chicken karaage, which was nearly inedible and a couple of spicy scallop hand rolls - too bad they forgot the spicy :(

If there's anything more delightful than finding a cozy, family-owned gem in the heart of the city, it's experiencing it with a fun group of friends. Saki Saki Sushi was the rendezvous point for an impromptu happy hour soiree before our movie screening, and oh, did it charm our socks off! With a group of 12 gals, it's not always easy to find a spot LAST MINUTE that's both accommodating and exudes warmth, but Saki Saki Sushi nailed it.The hospitality was akin to a warm hug; they welcomed our bustling group with smiles and service that made us feel right at home. You can tell it's a place where every patron is treated like family - something that's truly close to my heart, being an entrepreneur's kid myself. The star of the show? Arsen's Crispy Rice! It was the talk of the table, making waves as each gal arrived, and enticing enough to inspire a wave of reorders. It's the kind of dish you'd travel across town for, and we were lucky enough to stumble upon it at their delightful social hour, sweetened by some fantastic deals. With every laugh and shared sushi roll, the sentiment was unanimous - we're definitely returning to support this fantastic family-run sushi spot. It's not just the excellent food or the reasonable prices during happy hour that has won us over, but the genuine care and connection that made our group outing an event to remember. Our server :) IYKYK, Arsen (was the cherry on top and loved seeing his family plug him into the run of the show at the restaurant, as a entrepreneurs kid myself my heart can't help but swell to see families doing their thing!!

One of my favorite spots to have sushi, and they are now serving Ramen bowls. When stepping in we are always greeted, and the staff is always making sure that we feel welcomed the second that we walk in, throughout our dining experience the customer service is amazing as usual, Sushi is always on point and fresh , we also ordered a ramen bowl and we definitely enjoyed it! The broth was rich and had all the right flavors.Restaurant is always clean and organized and really spacious they also have a cute outdoor dining area as well.

The food is solid here, and we love coming before or after a movie. The service was great, they were very attentive. I had a Philly Roll and a Salmon Roll with crunchies added. Didn't love the crunchies it was a little too much. Next time I will just order without it, as I was trying to do something different. My hubby got a spicy mutha roll and spicy edamame and loved both. My kid got the OG ramen with all the toppings in the side except for the noodles. He like the broth but didn't finish all his noodles, but he's six.The ambiance is pretty middle of the road sushi joint. Clean, and spacious. It does have a few TV's so you won't miss the game if you are into sports. We come here quite a bit when we come up here for shopping or movies so will definitely be back.

I have been to this sushi spot years ago when it was under a different owner. Came back this week and the quality and variety has both increased. They do the nigiri and sashimi sushi boats. Really pretty display and great for groups. The fish was fresh, clean, and melt in your mouth. Sooo good. Also tried a couple of rolls and loved them all. They have a couple new side items too that are unique, like wasabi noodles. At first I didn't think I'd like that but it was pretty good! I think the addition of items like this would make it pretty great for families or groups where not everyone is into sushi. Service is so awesome and friendly. Lots of seating. Definitely a great spot to grab some sushi in Carmel Mountain.

My friends and I grabbed a snack after our movie next door at Angelika Cinemas. We ordered a few rolls and appetizers to share. Our waiter "Fish" took excellent care of us. He was very lively and entertaining. The food was good, like your average sushi restaurant. What really stood out was the customer service. My favorite item was the cilantro lemon roll that came with salmon on top and imitation crab meat inside. We enjoyed our visit and will likely be back. This is a great food option for before or after a movie and is a much better choice than food that is offered inside the Angelika Cinema that is steps away.

A good option for sushi if you're in the area. I haven't been back to this place since new management took over. I came for lunch on Saturday as I was craving some sushi. Service was very quick and attentive. I got a spicy tuna roll and a spider roll. I loved the spicy tuna roll although feel like it was a bit too rice-y. The spider roll was divine! Although I'm not sure about the side dipping sauce, but I liked the addition of the green onions. I sat outside with my dog so didn't get to see the inside of the restaurant too well. I would definitely return back to try some other rolls. **Dog friendly restaurant**
