Sake Japanese Grill

*This is not going to be a typical review*I looked up Hibachi grill restaurants as I wanted to celebrate a birthday and have the Hibachi experience. I showed up at Sake thinking they had the grills and was really disappointed that I messed up. However, Wayne the Mgr was soooo sweet and really tried to help me look around for a Hibachi grill experience. Since it was close to 2pm, we decided to go ahead and dine in anyway and just do a grill another time.Service: I already described Wayne's kindness. Then we were served by Tristan and goodness she was an absolute sweetheart as well! Everyone at Sake has the loveliest disposition. Food: We ordered the Fried Zen Shrimp and Beef Special Spring roll, a Spider roll and shrimp hibachi. The appetizers were so good that we ordered more shrimp and spring rolls! The only sad part is the "Spider" roll had shrimp instead of the standard softshell crab. It was good but should have been named shrimp tempura as my craving wasn't met.I'm so glad I found this place! The food is great, the service wonderful and the prices are very reasonable. I'm looking forward to returning here soon!

This place was packed when I showed up. Didn't wait long at all and then the service was so quick and polite. Good was very good as well. Crab Rangoon and Steak Hibachi both hit the spot.

We had the best service Saturday evening! Food was fast, good and inexpensive. This is a great little gem in Lebanon! We will be back for sure next time we are in town!We started out with crab Rangoon and Spicy Shrimp. Both were hot and fresh. I had the chicken and scallop hibachi, my daughter had the dragon sushi roll and my son had the California roll. Everything tasted so good and came out fresh and hot!

A local favorite. Remodeled inside and a new sign. I enjoy the consistency. Hibachi and sushi always fresh and in point. It can be crowded at times, but the staff and systems in place keep this business efficient.

QUALITY food at this restaurant! I got the Hibachi Steak and chicken. The wife got the Terriyaki Shrimp and chicken. We both got small salads that came with the entrée when dining in. Mushrooms, Zucchini, Carrots, oh my! And the rice! Secret YUM YUM sauce they hide in what looks like mustard bottles is more like liquid gold sauce. You'll see! Oh, last thing... These folk have perfected Southern Sweet Tea. I'm talking it's like Paula Dean herself must have made it. I was impressed! Here is one tip if you dine in: This place has non stop carry out orders, so keep in mind the front door is going to be opened every 30 seconds. If you get bothered by the cold air coming in, ask to be seated away from the door. Two of us had entrees and teas. It was about $40 with tip. Worth every penny!

I have been eating here since the mid 2000's. It had been a few years since we had been there and we went back tonight. It is still as good as it has always been. Great food. Great prices. Excellent service. Owners are present and working daily. Love this place.

If you want great food, great friendly service at a good price, this is your place! It's not fancy but you feel welcome the minute you walk in. The menu was quite varied and the Yum Yum sauce is terrific. We are definitely adding this to our "go to" restaurant list.

Service was good but 1. There's no sake 2. There's nothing Japanese about the place and 3. There's probably not even a grill back there. Ambience is mid. I came for the 4 Star rating but left with 4 tears in my eyes. I am so disappointed!! You should just go to Kroger and get their sushi because what the actual F is this place people weren't kidding when they said Lebanon has no good food options

We enjoyed our experience here for the most part. Oddly, this restaurant does not serve sake. They do serve beer, however. Food was good. Crab wontons were crisp and tasty, although we usually receive 6, not 4. Philadelphia roll and fried shrimp rolls were good, but not outstanding. Service by Tristin was friendly, efficient, and attentive. She is a gem. All staff we encountered were welcoming.So, I'd probably say that this is a 4-star place, but with the great service I'll give Sake a 5 star rating. Worth a try!!!

The food was exceptional and reasonably priced! The service was good. They were packed when we arrived at 6:30 on a Friday night, but the food wait time was reasonable.. A great place to eat!
