Zaffiro's Pizzeria - Parkwood

Watched a movie with a friend and decided to give this food place a try. Service was fast and friendly. I had ordered a mushroom and swiss burger with onion rings. There was a good amount of mushroom and Swiss which made it yummy. The onion rings were crispy and even more delicious dipped into the side sauce. I would like to come back and try other menu items if I'm in the area again for sure.

Ordered Spaghetti and meat sauce online. Credit card rejected app bounced me back to start over. Placed order credit card entered correct total $10.76. Yeah!! paid. Got confirmation for $21.74. Called the restaurant about the error. Was transferred to the Theater, was by Theater to contact the restaurant. I told them I only wanted ONE MEAL. Was told that they would figure out when I got there. Went to the restaurant and was directed to pick up at the Theater.Picked up order , kid hands me 2 burning hot tins. No bag. OUCHYep. 2 meals. I go back to the restaurant to get the extra charge removed. They removed the charge and took one of the tins. I asked if I could just keep it since they had to throw it out anyway. And they said no."You're only paying for one, so you only get one." I get it. "But I called you within seconds of the error to correct it." It didn't matter. Whatever. I get home and open the tim. There is freaking green olives in the sauce (which was not disclosed on the menu).

My girlfriend and I were planning on seeing a movie and noticed this place was attached to the theater. Very convenient! We went on a Wednesday, and there was a $3 10 inch pizza special. I ordered that and my girlfriend got the chicken tenders and fries meal. My pizza was phenomenal! I have had A LOT of pizza in my life.. and this was some of the best I've ever had. I didn't plan on eating the whole thing but it was too good not to! Very nice crisp on the crust and every bite was filled with flavor for your mouth! Definitely a 5 all day out of 5!My girlfriend enjoyed her chicken tenders very much, they were delicious and cooked to perfection by the cooks! The fries were seasoned with just the right amount of salt & pepper. Definitely would recommend these for you tender lovers out there.We were done with our meal and our server asked if we would like dessert, and we said why not! We ordered the ice cream sundae, it was very good! Definitely big enough to share and very yummy! If you want a nice date with your loved one or just want to grab a quick bite to get you right for the night, this is the place for you! Awesome customer service and food!

I got the most disgusting chicken parmesan I've ever had... and I got 4 wings for 7.50... on top of that I paid 27 bucks for all this... what a joke... food was burnt, also asked for silverware and got nothing. I called right away and they said sorry and that was all...

Pizza: 4/5 starsNote that they specialize in THIN CRUST PIZZA, so if you like your crust extra stuffed...Zaffiro's isn't for you. Their pizza is really good, but will not fill you up if you're only ordering one pizza to share. I like how light the crust is, and the toppings taste wonderful. You won't find any "out of the ordinary" pizzas here. They're all pretty basic.Environment/Ambiance: 3/5 starsThey don't really have their own ambiance because of the fact that they're connected to the movie theater. I can honestly say without being connected to the movie theater, Zaffiro's probably wouldn't be as successful. Their décor/interior is average and there's nothing about it that is striking. I absolutely love that you can order your pizza/drinks and bring it into the theater if you'd like. The have some tasty drinks at the bar that are based on different major/popular films. The Star Wars and Jurassic Park drinks are all to die for. Tangy, crisp, and gone in a few sips. My boyfriend was excited that there was a bar we could order drinks at because most theaters don't have that available to movie-goers. He also liked that we could drink them during the movie without having to gulp it down before we entered the theater.Service: 3/5 starsI've only eaten the food here twice, but the service is alright. I didn't encounter any standout waiters or bartenders. I will say that the bartenders know how to concoct some lethal drinks though. I could've drank 5+ of those babies.Overall, I'd say Zaffiro's is great if you're catching a flick at the theater, and you want to have a pizza to much on during the entire movie. I personally wouldn't recommend dining in because there are much better places to bring the family or plan a date. Trust me, you can never forget the fact that it's connected to a movie theater. I don't think it stands out on its own as a restaurant.

Service was good. It was pretty slow for a Saturday night when we were there. Pizza is just ok. Nothing I would be excited to share or look forward to. Server was very friendly and pizza was brought out quickly.

The great advantage of Zaffiro's is that it's at the movie theater. If it were not, I don't know if it could survive. Aside from the pizza, the food isn't anything to write about. The extremely thin pizza is very good, but overpriced for what you're getting. The drinks are expensive as well. Service has been hit or miss.If you're looking for a unique pizza, it's worth a try, but you might order more than one. With the thin crust you'll find that it's not as filling.

I ordered a smash burger and went into the theater with a buzzer. A bit later I noticed that it still hadn't buzzed so I went to check on the food. They said it must be broken, shrugged and put it back on the bar with the rest of the buzzers for the next sucker. I asked if it had just finished. Again they shrugged and said " I think so." So I went back to the movie and opened the take out box. The bun was so dry and brown on the top it was clear they had placed it under a heat lamp for a long time. I shrugged. I was hungry. The movie was playing. I scraped off most of the dry bits and dug in ... into a cold burger. Ugh. And I'm sorry I did. I'm now throwing up. Do not order food here. They obviously let it get tepid and kept it at a low temp until something happened to the food. Avoid food here like its food poisoning. Because it is.

This is probably my favorite place to go eat any day of the week. Italian food never gets old, but if I'm feeling something different I can still get a salad, burger, wraps, finger foods...ect. servers are always there to greet you with a smile when you walk through those doors. Place is always looking clean and the employees always look like they are having a great time. Amazing atmosphere. They offer me drinks right away whether it's a ice cold beer or any of there special alcoholic beverages on sale. I always personally go with the brisk tea. You can go to any other restuarant and food will take around 20-30 min to make. Zaffiros has my food out within 15 min no matter how busy they are. When the food comes out you can tell the chefs in the back put some quality time and care into the meal. It always looks so clean and tasty. Then you take a bite and its just some amazing flavors all in one bite. Overall amazing experience everytime I come in. It's a place I make sure to reccomend to everybody. Also dont forget you can bring that meal and drink into the movie theater. Who doesnt wanna eat a perfectly made meal while watching a movie. Completes the experience.

Stopped in for pizza before a movie. The waitress informed us that there were a few beer that were not available on the menu. So my husband ordered a beer, "sorry we don't have that one!" He then proceeded to order another to which again the reply was "we don't have that one"! So, I'm lieu of playing Where is Waldo why didn't she tell us which ones they didn't have available??? Then I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, i took my first bite and there was red sauce on the pizza!!!! Not red as in BBQ sauce but red s in marinara!!!!! Not one drop of BBQ sauce on a BBQ sauce on a BBQ chicken pizza! Am I expecting too much! So a manager comes to our table, young lady, and I tell her I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and the first words out of her mouth were "well because of COVID!" That's like saying there are potholes on the road due to COVID, come on people! If you are offering BBQ sauce on your menus can it not make its way to the pizza crust on a BBQ pizza! It was a terrible experience, inexperienced wait stall and zero customer service!
