I would give a 0 if I could and I also reviews from myself are nonexistent. This organization used to be called Headway. When I received an email several months ago that the "name was changing but not to worry, the care and services would remain the same"I held faith that this would prove correct. Headway, is now called "Youable". Not only did they not allow my sons therapist (who was awesome and whom my son made progress with) to finish off the school year with him with a just a few months left of the school year...(per the therapist request after Youable decided to make "changes" to their structure) I did not even get word from Youable until "after" I received the email the week before from the therapist that Youable would not let him finish the school year with my son. We had to start all over with a new therapist and by the time any progress was made with the new one, the school year ended. No word about continuing services, nothing. Then it becomes even more unfortunate.... I just received an email today 7/27/23 that they pulled their services from the entire Anoka Hennepin School District. This was not due to funding, or a decision made by the district. I was informed from a trusted source that they are very inconsistent with services and move therapists around. They do not allow the therapists to follow through with their clients (the children/teen) after weeks, months, or years of relationships and trust that was built. Anyone that has ever been to therapy, or has had a child in therapy knows how very detrimental this can be for a person. Be very very careful, utilizing the services of Youable. As a mother, it really felt like the mental and emotional wellbeing of children and teens was not a priority and as a parent, that is heartbreaking. My heart hurts for the many other families, children and teens that this will affect.

I only have experience with the Brooklyn Park Day Treatment. I can only say it is more of a " holding tank" for kids who need to finish school than a treatment center. Some positive staff but the care given is inconsistent, meets containment needs and is generalized and punitive (does not address individual needs) and is extremely inappropriate often. It seem like a great place in theory but they aren't able to do and offer what they say they do. I give it an A for concept and D- for execution. If someone on the Headway staff in Mpls is reading this, please look into it
