YMCA in Shoreview

Great pool in the summer, wonderful friendly staff. Love the instructors and the class offerings.

Always pleasant people there to assist and help with any question. Love the workout equipment.

Current road construction makes getting to the Shoreview YMCA a nightmare..Lexington is getting a whole new surface-so be patient when driving down Lexington in this area. I love the outdoor pool here (5 stars) but was disappointed today when there wasn't any warm water to shower off the pool water.

Super super sweet staff!! They have many classes to offer, have an indoor and outdoor pool PLUS a kiddie pool for the littles! What impressed me the most was the family/gender neutral locker room! As someone who is non-binary, it made me super comfortable to go there and change!

Big facility , lots of cardio machines and weights. Staff is friendly as well as clientele .cardio machines have access to many cable channels so you won't get too bored burning too many calories.

Love this Y.I come a few days a week and it is such a great place. They are always inviting when I come in-the Child Care Center is awesome-they do a great job and my little girl loves coming here. Great hours for the pool-great equipment-all in all a really great place for our family.

This is my YMCA.They have great member services staff, they always greet you and are warm and inviting. Most of them are very helpful and knowledgeable about the Y.The Personal Trainers are nice and they keep a good eye on the fitness area typically. I have noticed a few times members just chatting away on their cell phones while working out (which is against the guidelines) and no one as said anything to them about it, but it's rare. They have a great variety of classes to attend - many of them offered at multiple times throughout the day and week. Head in and get a membership!

I go for a sauna sometimes every day, definitely every other day probably average 5 out of 7 days a week, great sauna, gets very hot just how I like it. Very nice facility, always clean and staff is friendly and helpful if needed.

The YMCA in Shoreview does not require masks. I went today and there were no masks being worn in the workout rooms, the hallways, and in the locker room. I did not feel safe. Visit at your own risk.

I love the Shoreview YMCA. Everyone is friendly and the equipment is clean and great. The thing I love most about the Shoreview Y is the staff at child watch. I started taking my daughter when she was 6 months old and this was the first daycare environment she had ever been in. I was nervous but the staff there is so attentive, thoughtful, and kind, I feel so good about leaving her there while I work out. Big thanks to Ms. Katie and Ms. Shannon for taking such good care of the kids.
