Wisconsin Veteran Farm & Winery

We almost didn't come to this winery. After reading that they mainly had fruit wines we weren't excited as we prefer a drier wine selection. We happened to stop and boy we are happy we did. We got some great stories from "New Guy Nick" and the owner who was fantastic and made for great conversation. The wine selections are huge. Lots of different fruits blended in with grapes to make their wines. Natural products only and no additives in their wines as well. We got to hear the stories behind the wines and the wine names and sample many of them. Proceeds from every bottle of wine sold goes to a Veterans cause. Stop in and try some unique wines. They even have a jalapeño wine that I can't wait to try in a Bloody Mary or chili. The pear wine was one of our favorites - very smooth and not too sweet. Go check them out!!!
