WhirlyBall Twin Cities

Most fun my family and I have had in a really long time. This was so much fun, i want to invite as many young people or young at heart to try it out. Let your competitive spirit soar here at WhirlyBall Twin Cities. There are small arcade type games in the lobby as well as pool tables and bar. Overall, great for entertaining groups. The game is fairly easy to learn fast. There is a person who will be watching you and replenishing you with balls if your ball gets squished. I highly recommend coming here for a fun night out.

WhirlyBall has become a staple for us when we have out of town guests. Bumper cars mixed with lacrosse and basketball - there's intrigue for everyone, even the less-athletically gifted. This location gives college bar vibes. You're there for the drinks and WhirlyBall not necessarily cleanliness. There was obvious grime on the walls and the viewing windows could have used a wipe down. Friendliness of Staff: 5/5Game Experience: 5/5Cleanliness: 3/5

Have done both of the escape rooms here and they are both awesome. My wife and I have done a number around the cities and these are some of our favorite so far.

We had our staff Christmas party at whirlyball and man was it fun. If you haven't played whirlyball before it is bumper cars merged with basketball and lacrosse :) You play as a team 5 on 5 and grab a small lacrosse stick off the wall and enter your bumper cart that is in an enclosed small gym with basketball hoops with digital sensors. You play 8-9 minute games and it is hilarious. Dress comfortable it gets hot when the adrenaline gets pumping and they have beverages and a bar for those who play sports better well lubricated. They have leagues for people who love the sport It's a great outlet to let off some steam.

I had a blast trying WhirlyBall for the first time! WhirlyBall = kinda like lacrosse but with a whiffle ball and bumper cards. Any sport that requires me to stay seated and smash into people is guaranteed to be an enjoyable one, imho.We rented a court for 1 hour for a birthday party. There is a max of 10 people per court, 5 per team (red vs yellow). When we got there, we signed waivers and got an overview of the rules, then got to buckle up and start playing. The games were 9mins each, but I think you can choose the timing. It wasn't too hard to get used to the steering of the bumper car, but I'm the type of person who panics and flails so I was definitely found going in reverse circles occasionally. An employee oversaw our court to set up new games on the scoreboard and to throw us new balls when ours got stuck or lost in the gutters.My only qualms were most of the scoops were broken, and the courts could us ventilation and fans because it got pretty hot in there.

This review is for the pirates Escape Room. It was so much fun. We had 6 in our group. Half of us had done an escape room before and half were newbies. Everyone in our group enjoyed it. A good variety of types of puzzles to solve. Very well decorated!! Staff was very friendly.

Only reviewing whirlyball. This is the only place in Minnesota that I know of that has whirlyball. If you've never tried you should. Super fun activity with friends and family. The rules are simple: don't use your hands unless the ball falls in your car and once you score the ball goes to the other team for their attempt. The game goes pretty quick and strangely you can work up a real sweat even though you're in bumper cars. Haha I'll be coming back with another group of friends for sure.

I've only takeN 3 sips of my beer and love it here already. Smashing pumpkins playing, a nice variety off IPAs and everyone that wworks here seems down too earth I'm oomph here for beer and appetizers but will def come back and play

My absolute favorite bar in maple grove. Great food!! Great staff! And the games are amazingly fun.

We had a wonderful time as a family playing the Pirate Escape Room. We had a group that had 10 yr olds, teens, and adults. We all were able to participate in the hunt for solving the clues. It was great for escape room first timers and those that had experienced a few. The staff was very friendly and helpful, including with hints. Highly recommend this escape room. Only negative is it is a bit highly priced for my liking but seems competitively priced for the area.
