I took my partner here for his birthday and we had an absolute blast.First thing I want to do is give Kevin a huge shoutout. From the moment we walked in he was AWESOME and helped us have the best experience we could have had. We were the first ones there and it was my partners first time trying any VR. We are adults and love gaming so it was the perfect thing to do for us. We had our own semi-private stall and Kevin helped us get familiar with the mechanics of not only the VR headset and controller equipment but also the little differences in each game that we played. He made himself available consistently throughout our time there and we all had a good time together. We ended up staying longer (nearly doubling our original time) because it was so fun.At one point we got a little hungry so I ran down to get some pizzas from the Brick Oven Bus, a food truck that parks right outside the brewery in the parking lot of the building. We brought up the pizzas and some drinks and spent our afternoon immersed in the coolest technology. It's really a trip, highly recommend. There were games for everyone, all different ability levels and easy to switch in and out of games. The only hold up for us was it was a little bit difficult to get in and out of the building. We had to call up to be let in the locked door and then it's kind of a weird, big, empty building. It was, however, the Sunday after Xmas and could have just been our odd hours of visit. We will definitely be back to play again! Thanks Kevin!

Voxel is near and dear to me and my son. It's where he developed his passion for VR. Given he now owns several different headsets he wanted to go to reminisce. The staff is so nice and accommodating. I recommend anyone come and check it out. The new space in Concord has so much light. The other spaces were dark but the natural light coming through was refreshing. There is plenty of parking.

Super awesome place!I went here because it was my partners birthday. They really like VR and there has been a number of times that we have tried VR at the MoA.So I decided to try it out. VR locations are starting to get more and more popular but I have always been so hesitant. Mainly because 1. They look dingy. (Like cold and wet.)2. Sometimes they look sketchy.3. Or they look creepy or they charge too much.HOWEVER.this place is not the case.I called to ask about making a reservation. Since like most people you google, and look online at photos and stuff. They were super awesome. Super friendly but most importantly. Patient. As a person who worries and stresses about making things nice. This place made it so easy, and Jacob (the person who helped the 3 times I called and was there to show up the set up and greet us.) Was amazing.Super kind and patient when it came to asking about the location. And really relatable!I really like this place. They have lots of choices for games and I think it's well worth the price. You get a good seating area too.Bottom line: so I am coming back. I dont know about you. But I am coming back. And if that is any consolation, it means you should try it too.

I selected this experience for my 60th birthday and was not disappointed. Our host was so helpful and patient while I fumbled through the process. Oh my gosh, I enjoyed it so much and so did my kids. Sweet spot with nice folks. Go have some fun!

Took our gamers there to try it out. They had a lot of fun and want to go back with more friends! Highly recommended, plus there's a brewery downstairs. Doesn't get better than that!

Was here for the kiddo's 12th birthday party. They provide pizza, drinks, and cake - nice to have a lot of those details handled. They are also cool about outside food coming in, a big deal when some of the party attendees have allergies to contend with. The staff were super helpful, friendly, and patient with the kids. I was worried that three bays would be too few for 8 kids, but it works out nicely with some kids playing, some eating and watching and talking. We didn't open presents there as the kids were enjoying playing and talking so much. I will say, read the instructions for how to get there. The building is old, and very cool, but finding this place is HARD. My pro tip - park at Lake Monster, walk into the building under the water tower. Walk past the LOL and take a right and go through the door and up the stairs to the second floor. Go right and keep going until you get there - it is a hike, and the numbers of the spaces is not in order. If you are the host, arrive early and have someone downstairs to help direct people. Recommend!

So. Much. Fun.I went with a buddy. We played the zombie apocalypse shooter in campaign mode. Hilarious. The VR gear worked great and the game was fun as hell. Beyond that, the space was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They have sodas and pizza, and each VR bay has a seating area with comfy furniture behind it. Friends can relax while watching what the player is seeing on a big TV.Highly recommended. Grab a friend or three and go hang out for an hour or two. When you're done, Lake Monster Brewing is next door. You can have a pint and laugh over stories about your VR adventures!
