Second incorrect order, and the awful red sauce ruins the sandwich. We kept what we were given as we were famished!
First of four incorrect orders. This is the Parmesan crusted chicken sandwich. Should have been a regular chicken sandwich.

Used to live in Amery and at the time, the Pizzeria was one of few choices in Amery. It was always good.Recently took my godmother there for lunch after an appointment. She has dementia. We hadn't eaten out in a few months. I was surprised how much more trouble she had with basic things like ordering, etc.The server was exceedingly patient and sweet with her. Our food was delicious. My godmother loves salad, so she was ecstatic having salad with her sandwich. She ate every. Single. Bite. Plus a bunch of my sweet potato fries.Always a good choice.

Restaurant has pretty wide open seating in two separate room areas. Not very quiet or personable but you can still hold a conversation. They weren't very busy during our visit, so we were told to seat ourselves. After we received our menus and tableware there was a considerable amount of time before we ever had additional service contact. Seemed like a long wait to get water or appetizer orders considering they weren't very busy.Food was pretty good but the prices were high for this area. Price didn't match quality.Adding pictures of full menu.We might go back, but not going out of my way.

There are secrets in every corner of this village..." (Joaquin Phoenix, The Village)Much like a dark Shyamalan film, this mysterious meal was filled with suspense, intrigue, shameless melodrama, plot twists, and a disappointing ending. Conspicuously missing: popcorn and a cameo by M. Night himself.Opening scene: In a dining room void of other customers, our foursome waited at least a half hour until our waitress blew in, disheveled in both appearance and manner. She apologized with a rambling backstory for being late to work, the complaints of her morning gone awry a warning of the mess of a meal to come.Everything went downhill from there, beginning with drink orders that took three takes, all incorrect each time. From here on out, we were each addressed by the names of our drink choices. When the server returned, she gruffly asked, "Root beer, what's your order?" "Root Beer" and "Iced Tea" ordered two entirely different chicken sandwiches. Both were given the same Parmesan crusted chicken with provolone and a dried up, off-putting "pizza sauce" that ruined the sandwich. "Coke" received the wrong wrap, and the protein was not even correct. "Diet Coke" suffers from Celiac disease, so she requested chicken fried in a skillet to avoid risking cross-contamination from the grill. The menu did, after all, state to notify staff of food allergies/intolerances, and that they would try to accommodate them. After consulting with the kitchen crew, the waitress angrily reproached us saying that they were not happy about this request. Seeing that chicken negotiations were at a standstill, Diet Coke switched to a salad instead. She received a similar undressing for asking for some minor changes, which weren't made in the end anyway. In a twist ending, the waitress berated us with claims that we had all ordered our drinks and food incorrectly. Overall this was a very disappointing meal with no compensation or apology for all the mix-ups.Roger Ebert's review of "The Village" would sum up our visit perfectly: "It's so witless, ... we want to rewind the film... until we're back at the beginning, and can get up from our seats and walk backward out ..."*Previous dining experiences here have all been mostly positive, thus a three star average. This experience may have just been the result of an off day. Stick to the wild caught salmon or pizza.

I went into village pizzeria excited to try an Amery staple, but I left fairly disappointed. The food was all around average, except the price tag which was unfortunately above average. The calamari was good, but not terrific. The pasta dishes are ~$20. It came with a side salad which was just iceberg lettuce and some veggies. My biggest complaint is actually the aesthetic. The ceiling and walls need some TLC. The plating was lackluster. The decor was really outdated and didn't match the price of the restaurant.

Unbelievable. The best pizza I have tasted in years. The sauce is actually a sauce, where every bite is a different savory flavor. The toppings are fresh and placed generously. If I could eat this everyday, I would not be upset. I have been to establishment for other things such as the best lobster ravioli and cannelloni you will ever taste. It's the sauce. The kids spaghetti with meat sauce is out of the park. The servers are phenomena, especially my favorite, Christina. If you are in Amery do not think twice, stop and go now. You will not be disappointed

Definitely fits the bill of a small town pizzeria, nice comfortable feel inside. The pizza was amazing and not greasy, and the staff was very friendly! The food was delivered to our table relatively quickly even though they were understaffed. They even gave us a carafe for our drinks, something I've never been given at a restaurant before! I will definitely come back here next time I'm in town.

Attempted to use a gift card. Was first told by the hostess that this was an older style gift card and they "could not run it" to prove there was a balance on it. I asked to speak to the manager and I then proceeded to follow the instructions to check the gift card balance that were PRINTED ON THE GIFT CARD. I showed the manager that I had a $50 balance to use. I was then told by the manager: "this is an old card and we don't honor those anymore". The manager became very defensive, walked into the back room and came back out with a similar gift card and a hand written message on a piece of paper that read "we no longer accept these type of gift cards" and plopped it on the counter in front of the register. What a bunch of crooks. AVOID!!

Great place to eat. We have been here many times. The food is consistently good. Tonight I enjoyed a cup of Beef Barley soup. Oh my was it delicious! The cup was so chock full of beef and barley there was barely room for the broth!Followed up with the 1/2 portion of Spaghetti w/ a single meatball.A good solid restaurant when you are in Amery!

The old buffet was amazing in dresser pre Covid. At at this one after Covid. Not a fan. Over priced for noodles. Go to a Chinese buffet instead.
