I love the frozen pie crusts from Vikings and Goddesses! They're made with local flour and butter from Baker's Field and Hope Creamery which means you get to support 3 wonderful local businesses. They bake up beautifully and have a nice amount of edge so all of your filling stays in while baking. It's also fun to visit their pop up window on Marshall Ave for a treat. They're always friendly and excited to share their newest creations.

No seating, no ambiance ! A walk up window to order from. But 1000% worth coming here. They make the best pies and pastries. Seasonal favorites! Summer Rhubarb lemon chess. Fall brings you apple pie, better than home made w fresh apples. Takes charge.

My oh my, do we love their pie! What started as an attempt to find a peppermint pie for my wife has grown into an obsession! We used to really love getting the candy cane pie from Bakers Square. For whatever reason they stopped making that pie a few years ago and we've been looking for a peppermint pie to have around the holidays. So I heard about this place who had peppermint pie slices at the Mill City Farmers Market. One Saturday we went over and picked up a slice of that pie. While we were there we also picked up some hand pies and of course we had to try a few more items. They were SO GOOD! That led to going back a few weeks later to try a few of their mini sample pies. We were intrigued by their caramelized pineapple with tamarind caramel. Of course it was excellent. I think the tamarind caramel was a bit less sweet than a traditional caramel which paired perfectly with the sweet caramelized pineapple. For my wife's birthday I went to pick up a mint pie. I couldn't decide between their mint pie and their butterscotch pie, so I ordered one of each. OMG so good! We loved the mint however the butterscotch which was paired with a pretzel crust was our favorite! We've had more pie the past 6 months than we've had the past 6 years. Yes, safe to say we've found a new favorite treat spot. You can preorder your pies for local delivery or pick up at their storefront in St Paul. They have lots of other goodies too however their pies are to die for! Follow them on Instagram for their latest pies. Somehow one of my favorite flavors of pie is the one we haven't tried yet. Key Lime Pie. Seems reason enough for me to go back again soon!

I typically order pies from my local bakery the week before Thanksgiving, but since they cut off orders two weeks before TG this year, I ended up having to pivot and find a new bakery for our Thanksgiving pie this year. I'm so glad I did! This place is THE BOMB. They use the very best ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. The flour is from local Northeast Minneapolis Mill Bakers Field, and the butter is from Hope Creamery. What other bakeries have that kind of transparency for their ingredients? Most won't even tell you if they use High Fructose corn syrup or not! I read that both owners have many years of experience as professional chefs prior to opening shop, no wonder it's so good. I was very impressed with Yoji, because he bent over backwards to take my order when the website wasn't working quite right. I appreciated that he answered my emails promptly and was very friendly on the phone, at a time when I know they were at their very busiest. I ordered the blueberry crumble pie, and it was a huge hit for our Thanksgiving pie share! I can't wait to try the corn custard pie next time!

They have variable hours as they sell at farmers markets and to coffee shops shops. That said, find em when their window is open to try some of the best pastries in the TC (all to go). Also be sure to buy pies from them ahead of tine for major holidays. Sooooo good.

The GF key lime pie was simply delicious. The staff, one of the owners, very helpful. I also had their croissants which were delicious. This may sound strange but I also liked the simple no frills aspect of this new business which consists of their kitchen from which wonderful smells emanate at no cost and a window to place and pick up orders. Because I went both times in the early morning there was also plentiful parking space right outside the store. Did I mention the name of the place is also a hit with me?

All the bakery items we've picked up from their Marshall shop have been terrific... the pie slices particularly so. Prices are a bit high but fair for the quality of their goods.
