above average course for what you're paying. $25 ish for 9 and a cart best prices we've seen around. greens are pretty consistent, course overall has very cool trees and nature around. solid, fun, not too challenging, few over the water shots. definitely coming back

Golf ranger was a total jerk. Ended up leaving early because he was mad at our group on a slow day.

This has the best service never had any issues plus they are really nice helping you out with the check upgrades for free go here if anywhere plus they almost never have issues with snobs or others and if there is it is dealt with in minutes!!!

I saw a 2 star review, and thought I should weigh in on behalf of the good folks at Viking Meadows. If you're looking for a country club experience, this isn't for you. If you're looking for excellent value, a refreshingly informal golf course, that is really pretty decent, I highly recommend it. There are plenty of nearby establishments for the 19th hole. I like this place a lot for its unpretentiousness.

The pro shop literally doesn't answer their phone. I tried to call and change my tee time for three days and left multiple voicemails and nothing. This course is not busy, there's no way the line was in use for three days straight

Horrible. Couldn't even play 18 holes without getting bitched at! So we split up our group of 3 but we're going to slow again. The guy came and told us we're going to slow when the ppl in front were the same distance! We told him we'll just leave and he said good! So fuck this place I'll never come back!

Amazing course if your intention is getting whiplash on the carts driving through the fairway. Potholes everywhere. Amazing course if you like hitting at dead grass brown greens and dodging knee high weeds in the sand traps.Amazing course if you like being bitched at by the manager/owner lady for not wearing a mask for the 30 seconds it takes to pay your fees (while none of the employees would be wearing masks)In all honesty you're probably better off taking a $50 bill and wiping your butthole with it than golfing here. It's extremely unfortunate because it has the space and layout to be a good course but it needs a steamroller over the whole thing if you don't want to spill your drinks or go home with a sore neck. Oh forgot to add, one of their par "5"s has been "under construction" for well over a year. It's setup as an 85 yard par 3.These 5 star reviews either have to be employees/fake or written 10 years ago.

If giving zero stars was an option I would. The most disrespectful and unprofessional course I have ever played at. On top of you not even being able to tell if your ball is in the fairway or rough because the grass length is the exact same length, I wouldn't be surprised if they have a 10 year old in charge on maintenance. 10/10 I would NOT recommend this course unless you have absolutely no other options. The ranger is one of the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered on a golf course and called us "f**king a**holes" and repeatedly used profanity because we were standing and waiting for the second group to finish. We were standing and waiting for 5 minutes at the END of the round on hole 18, causing no trouble, being respectful, and literally just standing waiting.

Wow what a pleasant surprise!! Very nice staff, reasonably priced and interesting layout. Got to play with one of the rangers (Ralph) and his friend Andy, couldn't find 2 nicer people to get paired up with on a golf course (awesome ambassadors for the state of Minnesota)!! My only complaint: no logo golf balls available, would have liked to add one from MV to my collection!!
