Solid place in Mankato walking distance from the Hilton. in a few sentences, my experience can be summed up by an $8 mojito, plenty of fried apps, selection of a very cheesy (with cheese curds on top!) burger choice, amid a huge menu of sandwiches and salads. Service was friendly for our almost 9pm dinner. It was nice the Olympics coverage was playing on the tv screens! Definitely reco if you're in the area!

Took my son and girl to Ummies tonight. Was a little busy but slowed way down by the time we ate. Had the classic burger which was beer cheese sauce and bacon on a pretzel bun. A little messy but it was very good. My only issue was that it took way too long to get a couple of beers to start and no one had the presence of minds to think we might need silverware. Our server was ok, didn't see much of him. Quite a few tvs and sports memorabilia around. It was clean so you have to give it that. Worth a visit.

Awesome burgers. Great service. Lots of beers on tap. Thinking about making another trip to Mankato just for a visit to Ummies. Won't disappoint.

I had the Siracha chicken burger- I wish that the chicken or sauce that was added tasted more like Siracha . That's the reason for the 3 stars. Onion wrings were pretty good and pretzel sticks . I really enjoyed the garden Moscow mule that I got very refreshing. I wouldn't mind going again and trying something different.

We went in today as it wasn't busy. We walked in and we were greeted immediately very friendly. It was a typical bar scene. Their menu was decent. My husband got their sticky burger my son got chicken strips and I got the chicken sandwich and tots. The food was ehhh we wouldn't go back. But if your looking to just go get a drink and some tots or an appetizer then sure. Oh we also got duck wontons and there were 4 small wontons for 10.99 ridiculous. Our total bill was 61.34. Nope wouldn't go back.

It lets dogs in the back and the food is so good I will definitely come back again 5 star

Enjoyed the hot honey chicken sandwich on the freshest pretzel bun ever. Service was friendly. Beer was cold. College football was on several TVs. Family friendly. I would definitely drive the 30 miles to eat here again.
