a plate of food and a glass of beer
Rancid Avocado on the dish. You can tell it is bad looking at it (never mind the smell). Chef, expediter, and server all saw it.

Absolutely loved the food, the decor was cool too. Our table had poutine, the chicken tender platter, a burger platter and boneless wings. Service was very attentive and all of the waitstaff were very friendly. The only drawback would be the Nashville dipping sauce but it isn't worth dinging a star for that because really it's all about preference.

Great for kids, trains are loud but it's just a part of the location. Food has large portions and staff was very helpful

First time eating here and the atmosphere is cool, kind of cabin like, we ate out on the deck facing the river and it was very comfortable. I ordered off their seasonal menu and had the lobster roll. The waiter did mention it is smaller than it appears in picture. Which yes it was but it was still very tasty, wish I could remember the cost. My date had the black and bleu burger with the delicious onion strings and what appeared to be or taste like home cut fries, he was very happy with his menu selection. Next time I would try the walleye. So many restaurant choices in this cute quaint town, hard to pick where to go eat when you are only in town for a weekend.

Two Rivers is like watching a great movie preview, getting excited about the movie, and the movie is mediocre. The location and menu of Two Rivers is enough to get you excited. The bar is great and there are televisions everywhere. Menu is that if a higher end bar restaurant, and watching the food go buy makes you salivate. BUT...The train goes by first. If you are not outside or by a window, it is just an annoyance. If you are outside, you have to pause conversation for 2-5 minutes while blocking one ear due to the screeching. There will be 2-4 trains that pass during a normal meal. Then the apps come. They never bring small plates at the same time, which leads me to believe that staff is not trained to do so versus server oversight. You think to yourself, "eh." But considering how excited for items such as candied bacon, it is more disappointing. Then the food comes. Portions are HUGE and food looks good. But they forgot to add flavor, and your feeling at the end of the meal is that of being overly stuffed and wasting your calorie intake on this meal. Inevitably, somebody in your party will have some minor issue also- during my most recent visit, it was usage of a rancid avocado on our salad (how many people saw this before bringing the dish to our table?!?). We didn't complain because this is normal as it goes for Two Rivers. You may wonder, why do I go back. Well, I live in our small town and there are not many options, especially on a Monday. And the hope of Two Rivers always leaves us to wonder if they got any better. Not yet...

I would come back if I'm ever in Prescott again.Food was fresh, tasty, affordable and the ambience is cozy and family-friendly. On our way back to the twin cities from hiking in Frontenac, my friend and I were really hungry and wanted to quickly arrive back to the cities for food. We remembered that there was a cute small town we crossed on our way, so we decided to stop and give one of their restaurants a try.We stopped here and we absolutely loved it.I ordered the fish and chips, oh my! The servings are huge and it was so good. I also ordered some Mac and cheese and it was delicious. My friend ordered the two rivers burger, that thing looked monstrously delicious.Food was good, service was friendly, ambience was just right-- felt cozy! Great bar selection. If this spot is also on your way from somewhere, make the stop. it's worth it!

Biked to Prescott for lunch. Looking for a place to eat, we decided on this. What a neat place. We enjoyed talking with our waitress and she was very knowledgeable about the menu. We decided on three appetizers. We had dry rub wings (excellent), cheese curds, and walleye fingers. Not only did we fill up on this great food, we had enough to take home for another meal. Great value and the beer selection is awesome as well. We are planning another bike ride next week and we are trying to talk the whole group into stopping here.

Great beer selection, great atmosphere. The food looks delicious but is just meh. I've eaten here 8 or 9 times. I always leave regretting what I ate. Just not worth the calories. Portions are huge and food tastes basic or sometimes bad. I hope they step up the food game b/c it really is a nice place to hang out.

Food was really good. I had bourbon salmon with green beans. Our party also had walleye sandwich and burger. My husband brought home half of his burger and tots. Our son ate it the next day was impressed how good it was. We topped off dinner with the largest piece of carrot cake I have ever seen at a restaurant. Our waitress was AWESOME! She tended to every need and quickly. It was dinner time in a Friday night...so quite impressive. I would definitely recommend this place. I don't say that very much. No pictures as we were too busy chatting and eating.
