This is aLong standing business in Edina. The decor is what your expect from an Old school Cafe. It is hidden away in a business district. It's has allot of choices, the specials are amazing and the service is quick. The severs have been there for many years and are very friendly. I recommend them if you're in the area.

I came here for the first time in 10+ years! Not a ton has changed - they still offer a quicker sit down service with classic American food on the menu. We had the chicken tender platter and the patty melt when we were in for lunch. We had a pleasant and attentive server. I recommend for a quick stop with the family!

Parking was easy to find and isn't street parking. The ambiance is casual with a cute diner set up. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. The decor on the wall fits well with the theme. I ordered the spaghetti and it was delicious.

I ordered from TJ's hoping for a juicy, delicious Reuben with onion rings but I was not impressed. The Reuben was the skimpiest I'd ever seen. Although the flavor was good, what was disappointing was the minimal ingredients. A thin layer of pastrami, "Swiss" cheese that tasted like Kraft processed singles, and a tiny amount of sauerkraut (I had to open the sandwich to see if there was any at all). It was nicely grilled and the marble rye was good, but I'd hardly call it a Reuben. I was looking for a pile of pastrami, real Swiss cheese, and at least as much kraut as meat. It tasted fine but overall disappointing. The onion rings were huge, a nice portion, and lightly battered. I'll definitely give TJ's another try, but I'll order something people have raved about.

Absolutely devastated to hear of the owner, Mo's passing. We went for brunch on Sunday to pay our respects and show support to this local Edina staple.AMBIANCE: While it doesn't seem big from outside, when you step inside it looks like a cozy local brunch spot with plenty of seating. It's very warm in here, with classic decor and plenty of booths and tables. FOOD: We came on a weekend and I was excited to have a breakfast/brunch menu available until 2pm. Our group got a wide variety of things: A few of us enjoyed the American skillet (hashbrowns instead of fries as the base), one got a thick Cubano sandwich with soup, some got pizza that looked delish, one got a massive Cobb salad that was decked out with toppings, and more. All well-prepared classics at reasonable prices! My heart aches for the coworkers, team, and family members of Mo - he was a light and source of joy at the restaurant and all those he came in contact with, and will be dearly missed by many.

Good casual place to grab a drink and a bite in the neighborhood. Comfort food for the neighborhood with increasing selection of beers and wines.

I reuploaded Yelp on my phone, just so I could give this place a positive review. A pizza for 1 is $15, but you get a lot for it, especially if it's a taco pizza.

Their food is not what it used to be. The worst Ruben I have ever had. Even my wife's Grilled Cheese was mediocre at best.So sad, I used to really like their food.Service is very good.Kitchen is on Life-Support.
