Stopped in quick before ending the work week and enjoyed a Key Like Pie Wheat Ale. It was light and refreshing & tasted pretty spot on to key lime pie. Kind of reminded me of the one I get from the fair 10/10! I love the vibe here is always very mellow & family friendly. Service as always was tentative & very kind!

My husband loves beer, and Octoberfest brews in particular, so this was a perfect time of year to try this brewery for the first time. We were in during the midafternoon on a Sunday, and there was a steady stream of people coming in, which was great to see. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. My husband had a flight to try their different offerings, then got a flight of the Octoberfest, which he thoroughly enjoyed. We'd definitely come here again on another visit to Cannon Falls!

I've stopped in several times over the years. It's a comfortable, spacious & bright tap room and the staff have always been friendly. With it perched above the Cannon river I've meant to come back in the fall...for the colors. Parking is easy w street parking right outside the door or the lot across the street, outside Cannon River Winery. It's not far off of highway 52 if you take the highway 19 exit....leads you right in to the heart of downtown Cannon Falls. I've tried several beers over my visits, none have been bad but none have really stood out. By no means a bad thing I've just been a little underwhelmed so when I come to town I don't plan it around their open hours so I can stop in. Definitely worth a try. Not a far drive from the cities or to break up a Rochester drive. Cheers

Stopped here after doing the Cannon Valley Bike Trail. It was a great reward after a 20+ mile ride. Loved the brick building. We got a beer and went out to the patio in the back and enjoyed the lovely weather and a view of the falls. I had a hoppy option which was smooth and refreshing. There is no food menu so we brought some healthy snacks to enjoy with our beer. Staff was great and we were able to taste a few options before choosing our pint. Great stop!

Tilion Brewery is in the small town of Cannon Falls across the street from a lovely winery Cannon Falls Winery. They are knocking out beers on a small system, packing in as much flavor as possible. When choosing my flight I asked the beertender for what his favorite was and turns out I ordered correctly! I enjoyed all four with Ned Flanders being my favorite.Pachyderm Sour:A Sour wild Wild Berry. Medium-high raspberry and blackberry flavor with low tartness and acidity. The sweetness came through, but did not overpower the actual flavors of the berries.Ned Flanders:A Belgian Flemish Red Sour! Love a good Belgian beer, and especially a Flanders Red or Oud Bruin. Medium-high plum, raisin, and raspberry flavors come through with medium acidity. It finishes with a hint of spiciness.Gravitas:A Belgian Golden Strong that was very smooth for the ABV. Turns out they love to brew Belgian beers, which I can get behind. Complex malt and fruit interplays with a dry and light finish.Pink Flamingo Society:A Juicy New England-style IPA brewed to capture the spirit of their departed friend Niki Seabright who lost their battle to cancer. This beer was hazy and citrusy, yet very approachable._________________

I love this brewery. It's got nice open spaces, a cute patio overlooking the duck pond and stream, and the most amazing beer. The Mango milkshake is always a hit, even with non-beer drinkers. They have a nice variety of beers and seltzers. The bartenders are always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the beers. It's a great place to relax and enjoy a brew with friends and family friendly. They also have games to play. This would be a perfect date spot.

Clean, spacious, ample seating (several long benches). There's a cozy feel to the place and they have a shelf with tons of games. There is a decent selection of beers and they are pretty well priced. There are several different size options. They have root beer on tap as well as bottles of local pop. They carry local turkey snacks from Ferndale Market. Would recommend.

This place is super Duper awesome!! I came in on a Wednesday night and was met with the best service and the most friendly patrons a person could ask for. Chris greeted me when I arrived and I was able to ask him questions about the beer and of course he was able to answer all of them! He was super friendly and generous and the ideal owner. Now I'm sure you want to know about the beer! I tried many of them and my favorites were the island bliss and the ipa the name which is escaping me. Sorry yelp friends! The island bliss is super smooth and made me feel tropical even though it is a dark beer. I also really like the flavor of the ipa. Now the space. Long bar and side table, super clean and bright with all the brewing equipment in the same location. I wish I lived closer and then I would be a regular! Weekend trip from the cities!!

Came into Tilion over Memorial Day weekend as part of our never ending and ever expanding tour of breweries. They did not disappoint. They are located in a NICE building almost at the start of the Cannon River Trail which I would imagine sets them up nicely for riders at the end of a long ride. You have a nice view of the river and the falls from the back deck. They currently have 11 beers on tap including IPAs and stouts. They have a cherry wheat, a honey weiss, and pale ales and so on and so on. There is a little something there for everyone and more than enough to experiment with something you might not be familiar with. You can get a flight of up to six beers for two dollars each or just go for a pint. We arrived right when they were opening at noon and I was feeling too adventurous so I ordered a Cycology (a Red IPA, 80 IBUs). Good and hoppy like I prefer. A nice, drinkable beer that I could have downed several more of if time had allowed.Like most micro-breweries they don't serve food, but there are a few places in Cannon Falls that deliver and there is the Mill Street Tavern a couple of doors down. We ordered a pizza from Dudley's a few blocks away and it was on our table in about thirty minutes. It was a really good pie. They have made some renovations to the place. I can remember in the past the space turning over at least a couple of times in years past and it was vacant for a place prior to Tilion taking it over. There aren't a lot of breweries here on the southeast side of the area and this one in Cannon Falls (not as far away as you might think) is a welcome addition. Very clean facility, quality product, and plenty of things to do in the area to make a day trip all the more feasible. Friendly staff to boot. Highly recommended.

Went back there today. Beer is so skunky all my friends have been tasting it all night. 2/10 probably will still be back because there isn't much around but not pleasant
