Very dry, tiny cookies that are overpriced. The mini cookies come in 3 (?) flavors. None of them tasted very good. They need to revise the recipe.Service was very friendly. Just wish they had a better product.

Saw the cute little camper and had to support this little business. The "concierge" in charge of the cookie distribution was super fun to talk to and so friendly as she taught us about how the business started and what kinds of cookies they offer. We tried a sample and they are cute, crumbly and tasty! Though they are a bit pricey - we are thrilled to support this little business. That was part of the fun of walking away with the little box container - Chinese food style. We had the nutella but after checking the palm oil ingredients we decided not to ingest - too much added fat for us but I am sure some folks love that extra fun flavor dip. I love supporting small innovative businesses. Wishing them lots of success! We enjoyed the experience and the crumbly tasty Thumb cookies.

Ordered the large size variety box for $15.00 at the Lakeville Art Festival yesterday. Was extremely disappointed, they were the size of my pinkie and very dry......super uninspiring. Cute little food truck but wished I had spent my money elsewhere. This size came in a very small chinese take out box, photo shown for an idea on size next to a coke can.

I was pretty disappointed with these cookies after my first try - 3 stars. The "Thumbs Cookies" food trailer attended the Food Truck Friday event at the Stone Mountain Plaza parking lot, Brooklyn Park. I ordered 2 of the special edition cookie flavors along with some milk.BAD:1. Frankly - unfortunately - the cookies didn't taste very good. I ordered the double chocolate. They were way too salty, they weren't very "chocolately", and they weren't that good. The lemon lavender cookies weren't very exciting either. They didn't have much flavor. I actually ate less than half of the cookies and I poured the rest on the ground and let my big Mastiff Dog eat them. She liked them. (But she also eats dead squirrels!)2. They're way too dry, crusty, and delicate for my liking.3. The cookies are so dry and brittle, they're actually hard to pick out of the container and eat. They tend to fall apart when you grab them with your fingers. A large cup might work better so you can pour them out into your mouth. As is, not too user friendly.4. The little elementary school type milk container with a super small amount of milk and a poorly designed telescoping straw was pretty lame. If you're going to charge a premium for a beverage, an actual bottle of milk or a small carton of milk would feel like a better value, more milk, and easier to drink. Cheap.GOOD:1. Both of the staff members (the cook and the greeter) were super friendly and professional.2. The food trailer itself is pretty cool. It's made out of a vintage Casita fiberglass camper shell. It's small. I think it's a 14 footer. Cute - it attracts a lot of attention.I guess some people might like these types of cookies so I'm calling them an average 3 stars instead of 2 stars. Plus, I really appreciate the guts these people have for driving around and serving food during the pandemic.I probably won't try this one again unless they change the recipes and the cooking times - the flavors and the consistency.-Daddy Maxx Retro

I don't understand how these are even a thing? The cookies are not good. Don't waste your money or your calories.

I purchased these cookies at the Stillwater Food Extravaganza. While the weather was terrible these cookies were warm and delicious. The shortbread crumbled/melted in my mouth. I purchased all 3 flavors and I loved them all but the peanut butter was delicious. I will be looking for this cute little trailer again!

Did not like at all. Dry cookies and half of the box was crumbs. Overpriced and don't even taste good. Would not recommend at all. I tried peanut butter chocolate chip. Hated them.
