The Used Furniture Store

Today I took a little road trip from Glenwood,1 hour to St Cloud,awaits a great secret bargain Home goods store.THE USED FURNITURE STORE. My sales associate was a nice and informative man, named Matt. Upon entering, he explained the merchandise. And then allowed me with zero pressure to have fun looking over all the great selections of home furniture ,and loads of beautiful accessories. The great thing was the store policy ;If you purchase a large item ,they allow you plenty of time to arrange the transportation of it. I found the quality I am used to and the deeply discounted prices I love too. They have a plethora of great mattresses. Mostly top of the line ,finer brands like Sealy and Posturepedic. Most of the pillowtops were under $400.00 for the set! Thats super cheap..They all appeared new ,many still in plastic.I will definetly be going back soon. The merchindise clearly moves quickly, so be ready to make a decision! This visit I bought all great accessories. Next visit, I will definatly purchase a new mattress, and some pretty furniture pieces! I suggest shopping there frequently ,as things really come and go.Nice touch, is they have a great web site,with much of their current inventory ,and even the prices. I can't wait to return with a trailer,and a strong friend!

Customer service is lacking. Person I spoke with had a condescending attitude and talked down to me and also abruptly hung up the phone. Seemed not to care that we had a family tragedy.

prices are high on everything even things that needed a lot of work which is what I do I am a disabled vet I have a service connected disability. when I asked the owner if he would give a vet a discount his response was I think we have giving plenty to vets what this meant I'm not sure but at that point I did not feel very comfortable so I left granted I will say they do have a lot of cool and nice things but the prices are high and the attitude towards someone that put his life on the line in order so that he and I could be free and have the right to an opinion among other rights I love this country and if asked again to give my life for it I WOULD. HOME OF THE FREE AND THE BRAVE. GOD BLESS.

Very reasonable prices. Large inventory. I purchased a kitchen table and chairs several years ago. It looked new. The price was very reasonable and delivery was provided. ​

Customer service is great here, polite and helpful. I like the on-line inventory you can look thru. You can buy items and pick them up later, nice. They will carry your purchase to your car for you also. The store was neat and organized. Lots of variety too. I will shop here again soon.

Wish I had read the previous reviews before buying furnitures from the store. Absolutely agree about condescending attitude of the store person. I bought quite a few items, he said he will store them for me, which he did but kept them in a filthy storage as a result both the mattress and box spring totally are soiled. When I asked him he totally dismissed me, saying that is the way they were when I bought, very bad attitude.

Shocking behavior by the man who owns the place. I bought a dresser there several years ago and could not take it home right away. When I returned for it a few days later it had the veneer seriously damaged on the front of a drawer.(It did have a minor crack that could be glued down when I first saw it.) I commented that he could have taken it off the floor or put a sold tag on it. He tried to tell me that it was like that when I bought it...nope not so. I am very observant and always check my finds over. I have been in to this store a few times since then and he has been borderline rude...today he actually called me names! I am puzzled by his behavior and I am happy that there are now so many other nice stores in the area that treat their customers with respect and helpfulness. Weird does not even begin to cover this man's behavior today. Hope he gets some help.
