The Goddard School of Woodbury

My girls LOVE going to the Goddard School (Woodbury)! The teachers are all amazing and they plan such fun learning activities. My oldest was beyond ready for kindergarten because of the educational foundation they provided her. Couldn't recommend enough!

Both of our children were enrolled at Goddard for pre-K/school aged care. We can't say enough good things about the quality of the staff, directors, and owners. No other center we were a part of locally comes close. There is little to no staff turnover and the teachers and administration show that they really care about the children. The food and activities are also well planned and high quality. Honestly, we would change nothing about Goddard Woodbury and are sad we graduated!

Our family loves Goddard Woodbury! The teachers and owners are amazing and are consistently exceeding expectations. Their approach to teaching, STEAM leaves our little one so engaged and wanting to go back day after day. He's learning and growing so much there, that I hate to think he'll be graduating soon- moving onto kindergarten. We recommend Goddard Woodbury to all of our friends and neighbors.

Words can't truly express how much we love the Goddard School in Woodbury. The teachers and owners became a second family to our twins over the two years they attended. We've been so impressed with the communication received from the directors especially during the height of the Covid pandemic. One of my favorite things about Goddard is the daily pictures and updates we get through the app. It allows me to still be a part of their day even though I'm working and not with them. We chose Goddard due to the exceptional structure of their preschool programs. While the program is fun for the kids and keeps the engaged, it is also educational. Our kiddos had a smooth transition to Kindergarten and it's all thanks to Goddard. Sending our children here was the best decision we ever made!

We are lucky we crossed paths with Shannon (owner of Goddard) when we were looking for a pre-school program. Shannon and her team are fantastic. This is a first-class operation. They have been so kind to us and our children. We can't thank them enough. We very highly recommend Goddard Woodbury.

Ohh I'm so sorry you felt that way! My family and I have had the opposite experience with the Goddard school in Woodbury. I have been so impressed and pleased with the organization and communication of the staff and most importantly the care of my son. Upon registering we worked with the staff on a start date and then they checked in with us periodically as we approached that date. We felt so welcomed by the staff while touring the facility, asking lots of questions (first time mom), and the extremely warm welcome we had on our sons first day. They made him a welcome sign that was hanging up and were genuinely excited to have himstart. We recently had to change our schedule and they have been flexible with us on doing that, with a 30 day required notice. I've gone from having unbearable thoughts about leaving my baby in a daycare to feeling bad if I have to pull him out for the day since he loves it so much! I can't say enough good things about the teachers, owner, and the curriculum they have for even the babies! I'm so impressed by the professionalism, their friendliness and how much they have worked with my son to meet his developmental milestones. I get pictures throughout the day on their app, a daily report on how he did, and lots of wonderful little keepsakes/artwork to take home. I can't imagine any daycare being better than the Goddard school in Woodbury. They have exceeded every expectation I had. It's the best feeling in the world knowing my baby is being so well cared for! Can't recommend this place enough!

We took tours and had registered our new baby to attend this school. While the building was very nice and clean, we were very disappointed with the communication and organization of this business. All of this was realized prior to us actually even bringing child there. They have no good way of setting start date for daycare, so be sure to triple check this when registering. They also send out invoices each month that are deceiving. It looked like we were getting billed even prior to child starying. This is just an honest opinion and uncomfortable feeling we got as new parents about the place that would be taking care of our baby. Also, after these mishaps, our expensive down payment is still non-refundable. Quote disappointing. I would simply urge anyone to be extremely thorough and again triple check any and all details. The Goddard School is simply amazing! When we went on our tour the team that assisted us was very professional and made sure all of our long list of questions were answered. The facility is clean and the curriculum they provide to their children is very impressive. We can't say enough good things about the people who work there, especially the owner, Shannon. No matter your situation, Shannon is willing to support and work with you to make sure you and your child have the best experience possible. We would recommend anyone to the Goddard School!
