Amazing local shop for gaming and other oddities. Cool old-school sci-fi/fantasy novels, local artists, vintage video games, D&D, M:TG/Pokemon along with other up-and-coming TCGs with a local connection (Nostalgix, Ward, etc). All sorts of different events for different folks - puzzle and board game tournaments, Magic events, trivia, movie nights, Guitar Hero Karaoke, hosted Murder Mysteries, and a ton more. They also host local musicians for concerts, and have a bar featuring local beer and wine. This is one of my local spots and I've had nothing but amazing service from Erin and Tristan. Huge open play space for hosting events or just open plan - and they're super welcoming for folks coming in to play EDH, run a D&D session, or really any reason to hang out. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

This place was opened this summer. Located in a strip mall where O'Reilly and Spirit Halloween used to be. (I got lost when I was trying to find the place. GPS/Siri took me down to Cowboy's Saloon!) The store is run by husband and wife duo, Erin and Tristan Proza who are really nice and friendly. My husband and I visited The Curious Crow because we saw that they have Lord of the Ring (LOTR) trivia presented by Trivia Mafia. The place is pretty cool. It has collectables like old gaming systems and games, comic books, RPG books, trading card games (Magic the Gathering [MTG], Pokemon, and more), and other neat things. The prices on their products are reasonable. They have a small cafe in the back that sell local sodas from The Northern Soda Company and snacks from local businesses. It offers bar seating and high-top tables. There is also a seating in comfy chairs next to the bar. My husband and I interacted more with Tristan when we purchased a few MTG card/booster packs. They do not have the latest edition of MTG and when I asked about hosting future drafts; Tristan stated that they get their things directly from the manufacturer at this time.Overall, a really cool place and I cannot wait to see what events they will host and stop in (i.e., MTG, more trivia, etc). Also, I now know I can get more MTG close to home since I play the Crimson Vow edition.

Took my son to this place for Intro to Pokemon. He had such a great time. He said we definitely need to go back. They have monthly events, like this & intro to D&D. Very nice staff & huge clean store. Serves drinks as well.
