Very simple. Really weak prepared food by someone who Cares about the end result. Bottom line , great food, service , and a place we need to support so our options don't end up being kwik trip, which is taking over the state

It's very hard to find breakfast in Cumberland so my vote is here (or Louie's on the lake). The country skillet cafe used to be an outdated old-school diner with limited options and poor wall decor from when I was an infant. Great news! In 2023 we have new ownership, updated decor, more food variations and longer business hours making this also a lunch spot. I have come here 3 times for breakfast since the revamp and have really admired the business lady and her staff. This group of employees works very hard (even when there is a rush like the 4th of July). The veggie omelette is my go-to and I mix the sides sometimes getting hash browns and other times getting fruit. The pancakes are extremely good here so I always go for this vs. toast. I have even ordered this meal to go once and it was still just as excellent. Whether you dine in or take out, you are guaranteed a great meal and delightful friendly service.

Small and comfy building, old school diner bar, great food, and homemade sales from another planet! Going weekly folks. Great small town cafe.

This was a pleasant surprise. Our Place Cafe probably won't wow you with its food or its name, but what they do, they do well and sensibly. For example, look at their menu. At many places, you get one choice and one price for that. You don't want sausage? Tough cookies, you still pay the same price. However, at Our Place, the menu is incremental, so you can order what you want and leave the other stuff off. No hassles, no overpaying.Things were cooked well: the eggs were ordered over medium and they came that way. Hash browns crisp and chewy. Toast was toasty. The coffee tasted like fresh coffee. You want it? You got it.I might come back the next time that I'm passing through the area.

Been here a couple of times and have been very happy with the service. Food is great but as prices go, I not sure if $30.00 for two at breakfast time really necessary. We ordered nothing special with no additional add ons and I had coffee and my son had an orange juice. If you were cheeper I would go back more. At these prices, cooking at home or going to Rice Lake seems like a better choice.

Nice and fresh homemade food. I love being able to have an old-fashioned breakfast. People are down to earth and the atmosphere is easy to be comfortable with. Don't think I've ever waited more than 60 seconds to be waited on.
