The Chinese Phoenix Express

Their Pho and spring rolls are good. I portion size for their sesame chicken is not worth the price. Eggs are ok, nothing special. If you like Pho noodles soup and spring rolls, then this is your place to go.

I had the Pho Dac Biet and my wife had the shrimp noodle dish (bun). We also had spring rolls. Everything was delicious and it's in St. Cloud!!! We normally drive 1.5 hours to St. Paul to get good Vietnamese food. Now that we've found this, this is the go to spot for us.Service was good. The staff was nice and got us all that we needed. It was quiet and clean there. I would highly recommend trying out their dishes!!!

Wow! I have been looking for a bon meh place since PhoV and VietTen closed. Don't be fooled by the strip mall facade. The best places are usually holes in the wall tiny spots. Excellent bon meh although I missed the pickled veggies. Noodle salad reminded me of San Francisco china town. The shrimp spring rolls were fresh and delicious! Yum yum yum! I am going back sometime this week for sure.

Good egg rolls and potstickers Nothing was amazing, but not terrible either. Friendly service.I looked for Chinese places to eat on YELP and this restaurant popped up. I placed an order through the app that was GRUBHUB. It didn't ask for my credit card info at all. Just my email and phone number after placing my order. When I went to the restaurant to pick up my Togo order. It said it was already paid for... I didn't give any payment info out at all. But I had a charge on my bank for my food.Still very confused on what happened. I've never ordered food off YELP or GRUBHUB. So why they would have my credit card number is kind of scary.Going to do more research on this.

It was bad when I last had it ~3 years ago, decided to try and give it a second chance. Big mistake. Lo Mein noodles are just spaghetti noodles, wontons over cooked and tough, rice was undercooked and crunchy. I spent $60 for my partner and I and there isn't one decent thing here. Waste of time, waste of money, save yourself and eat at one of the other Chinese places in Cloud- literally PANDA EXPRESS is better

Service was great, our waiter was really nice. The food was hot and fresh eventhough they had a few delivery/pick-up orders. Eggroll: The Eggroll looked good, but when taking a bite I felt like it was just a pork sausage wrapped in Eggroll paper. The sauce was also flavorless. It looked like it was just water with some veggies in it. 2/5 - taste Pho: The pho looked promising and smelled great! But the broth on its own, very flavorless. It tasted very watered down when it should taste more like a beef broth. Even the sauces and seasonings provided couldn't save the Pho. 2/5 - taste

Upon advice from friends, we are trying this place. Despite living in st cloud for over a decade we hadn't tried it. And we were seriously jonesing for some pho and viet noodle salads. I ordered pho with everything, and my wife ordered lemongrass noodle salad. Plus spring rolls for an app. It's definitely a hole in the wall, but the service is nice, pleasant and attentive. The ambiance is definitely 80 Chinese, very retro. While the pho isn't the best I have ever had ( c'mon folks, this ain't Bangkok) it is a good traditional pho. The broth is satisfying without overwhelming, and they do have all the extras like tendon that some places lack. The Spring rolls were also good with an interesting soy based sauce. My wife's chicken was also very good with just the right amount of snap to the spice. Overall I would recommend this almost hidden gem. .

Great service the Vietnamese food is the best you'll get in town my favorite is the bahn mi with double meat and it's a great price

Good Pho and spring rolls. Restaurant is dated, but very clean and well taken care of. Staff friendly, attentive, and helpful. Definitely recommend if you are looking for Pho.
