We dined here tonight with friends because my friend and her husband were playing here tonight for the first time. What a treat first to see Jennifer Grimm and Joe Cruz and second to meet the owner and eat at this wonderful establishment. We started with the Collard Green Dip (So unique and flavorful ) with cornbread crackers, we had to ask for more but oh so good. I ordered the fish and spaghetti with the waiters recommendation, it was good but too spicy for me, I traded dinners with my fiancé, he had the Camden Carbonara with chicken which was delicious and perfect amount of spice for me with some grilled bread, my friend had the catfish with grits and she said it was the best cat fish she's had and the grits were good but again the dish would have been too spicy for me, she ate her plate clean which she said is rare. Her husband had the buttermilk fried chicken with black eyed peas, Fresno and green onion with cornbread, he said the dishes flavors were perfect but that the chicken was a little overcooked. We shared the butter cake for dessert they also have a peach bread pudding we loved the cake but will try bread pudding next time. Cute quaint little place, a little hard finding the way in but did, it is in the back of the building. I must add they even had cloth towels in the bathroom, classy place. SO sad, forgot to take a picture of my salmon.

I would definitely recommend this as a good place to hang out for those looking for a classy place over North, especially on Sundays when they have jazz music along with their brunch, which my friend and I have experienced last weekend. I have been there twice so far, and experiences have been positive. The highlight is all the meat, from the fried chicken in the BLT to the catfish with grits, and even to the jumbo shrimps included in the brunch shrimp & grits dish. The wings were also seasoned very well on the outside, while retaining the juiciness inside. When my partner and I went there on Juneteenth for lunch, the food presentation was better (croquettes, catfish, fried chicken BLT, and the bread pudding), which was just my neutral observation.I didn't think that the shrimp & grits had enough grits, especially because it had a lot of shrimp, which contributed to me finishing the dish in 2 minutes. This may not be a problem for most people, though, as I have heard about more people elsewhere having issues with not having enough shrimp.Sometimes the arugula, which was more of a garnish already, seemed unnecessary, such as from the biscuits & gravy in the photo, one cab tell that even for garnish, they're just kind of there with no other purpose and didn't really contribute to the presentation, while on the smoked salmon croquettes, which looked like the arugula contributed to the appearance, the arugula seemed to be more useful.Comparatively, the food I had from lunch on Juneteenth was better than what I had for brunch last Sunday. I saw on another review that they have just hired a new cook. Not sure if that contributed to any of what I have mentioned, but just wanted to share. Regardless of such, I would still, like I said in the beginning, recommend this spot to all that wish to gather in a classy place over North in the Camden, Victory, or Lind-Bohanon neighborhood!

It's a real treat to have a classy place within walking distance of my home. Perhaps we should have walked since the parking lot was full for Sunday jazz brunch. Inside it was very festive with fairy lights seeming extra bright against the deep teal walls, and our friendly host in a red suit and hat added to the holiday spirit. We had to wait a few minutes for our table, but drinks arrived fairly promptly. Thank you fellow Yelpers who mentioned the Peach Bellini; it was delicious. Food took a bit longer; we heard they had a new cook today. My sons both got the sausage and biscuits and said they were tasty. I got the Camden Omelette because I am a sucker for anything with caramelized onions. Combined with the wonderfully gooey cheese and red peppers inside, it will likely be my brunch favorite. The crispy potatoes had a nice kick too. The bathroom was very elegant and sparkling clean. I forgot to ask the name of the band, but they did a great job with jazz instrumentals of holiday favorites. They also snuck in Happy Birthday! I am not sure if it was for me, that was our reason for dining out, but I think the rest of my party is grateful they didn't make too much fuss over it.

Still doing well in 2025. The Carbona was really more Alfredo than Carbona but who cares it was delicious. The wings too were yummy with a wonderful dry rub and cooked perfectly. Service is still spotty though. It took a long time for anyone to spot us waiting and to seat us, but our waitress was great.

I love Camden social! It's such a great experience inside! The staff is always fun, the music they play is upbeat and always something you can sing along to- I keep telling them to do karaoke. The food is classic southern, fried dishes. They lean on the deep friend and heavily salted. There are a lot of seafood options but they're good about not cross contaminating. I've never had an issue with a meal I've ordered being tasteless. The people who come to Camden social make it feel like home. I'd recommend Camden for your next event, happy hour, date, or get together!

Brunch was delicious, we were seated quickly and ordered our drinks. The peach Bellini was really good and it wasn't super strong.I love the atmosphere here, from the wall decorations, and all the thought put into the bathroom and table decor.Hamdi was a wonderful server, I enjoyed my fruit and shrimp and grits. There is street parking and limited space parking in front of the entrance, both are free.We had a wonderful experience and we are already planning our next visit!

Cute decor. Low lighting. More of a lounge feel than a restaurant. Has a cigar counter in the back of as one enters where purchases can be made. There's a small parking lot in the back. Though there is a door in the front off of the street, the only entrance/exit to be used is in the back. The waitress was friendly and helped with menu suggestions. I opted for the wings and collard green dip. The dip comes with corn bread chips. I thought it was a nice play on a spinach and artichoke dip. Though the idea was good, it wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped. It also comes with too few chips. The wings were decent. The blue cheese dip and Fresno pepper garnish were the best part. Added nice flavor to the wings.

Very nice space with a cool vibe There's a little cigar counter, lounge seats, a bar, and a fun accent wall. While there were lots of tables, I found them to be a bit too close. Service was good and friendly, I really felt welcomed like I was visiting someone's home. As was the food, it was overall fine. The blue cheese that came with the wings was a hit. I even tried it on the burger. The burger was okay, but something was throwing off the flavor. I'm not sure it it was the seasoning or cream cheese spread. The kale dip was another hit. To drink, I initially wanted a non alcoholic cocktail, but based on how it was described, it was just a bunch of juices mixed together. I hope they're able to add a bit more creatively crafted options in the future. Not sure if they have N/A beers but if not they can add that too.

Had a fun Saturday morning brunch! Menu- 5/5. Simple, one sided page. We both ordered the shrimp & grits-3/5. Tasty but the grits could've used melted cheese mixed in to add flavor, rather than just on top of the shrimp. Service- 3/5; our server was friendly but didn't check in after the food was delivered. 5/5 The restaurant was clean and the decor charming, making it a cozy spot for brunch!
