The Brick Oven Bus

Got out tonight to Baldman to experience the Ruben on Rye. What can I say? It was spectacular! The corn beef, sauerkraut & scratch-made 1000 Island was perfection, but the crust -- Rye Crust!! Just out of this world!! As always, service was friendly & pizza cooked up fast. Keep doing what you're doing BOB.

Great concept and execution for mobile Pizza oven!Went to a wedding where they reserved the bus for an evening snack. I didn't know it was coming and boy was I surprised to see a brick oven at the back of a bus. Talk about the cool kids section being way cooler than I could ever imagine. There were 2 bros baking and serving up pizza and they had 5? Available. You step aboard to select what you want and while a cozy space, could fit a few people inside. I went for the spicy Hawaiian and Meat Lovers. Both were fantastic! The crust had a great texture and beautiful char on the bottom. The cheese was gooey and the meat crispy and juicy at the same time. The staff boxed all the pizza that was leftover and we were able to take it home and have some more. 10/10 would crash a random event to get another slice.

One of the reasons we went to Lupine brewing was because they had a food truck. We don't eat pizza all the time but we wanted to try this. We were invited inside the bus to order. Our server and cook was awesome! They were friendly and helpful warning the Angry Hawaiian was a little spicy. The pizzas were done very quickly and they were extremely tasty. My husband and I shared but I'll admit I ate most of the Angry Hawaiian. It was the perfect amount of spicy for me. The crust was crispy and there were lots of toppings. The brick oven inside the school bus is a really great idea. It's fun and the food is good.

Had their pizza at angry inch brewing and look at how DELICIOUS it looks. Smells just as good. Quick service (within 3 minutes our pizza was done) Good music from the bus. Not much else to say. We got the margarita pizza and it was fresh and delicious.

This pizza was on the pricier side but omg was it worth it!! We got a few pizzas to split during a trivia night at Blackstack brewing and loved all of them. The crust was amazing, so chewy and perfectly cooked. All of the pizzas came out super quickly, ordering was easy, and everything was delicious. Will definitely be back to blackstack on another night that the brick oven bus is there so that we can get more pizzas!

I was finally able to try their pizza after stopping by a local brewery -- it did not disappoint. First you do into the bus to order and right when you walk in, there is a little station to pay and all that. The guy working inside was super friendly and told me it would be about 6-7 minutes since where were a couple people in front of me. It went fast, I got my pizza and went inside. It was yummy!! Next time I'll order two to share with my husband and bring some home -- I want to try their Hawaiian. They're kinda personal size, but you can definitely share one with two people. And while the price is a little bit up there (my pizza was $16), the quality is great!! All-in-all I can't wait to eat from this food truck again! Definitely recommend.

Delicious pizza. The sourdough crust does really make a game changer. Simple menu, but the flavors speak for themselves. It's fun they take a brewery circuit. I do not have much social media, so their posted schedule via website is nice if I want a pizza and not do a brew tourI secretly only visit the breweries they are at. Lol

The pizzas these guys make are incredible! Do you know what it's like to crave their Margherita pizza?! It's THAT good! Keep up the great work!! Can't wait to visit the bus again soon!

If you're looking for the best-tasting, fresh pizza, get to the Bus Stop! The pizzas are fantastic! They are not too big, so go ahead and eat the entire thing yourself! Want to try more than one, do it!
