I've been to Teriyaki Madness several times, dining in, ordering takeout, and getting delivery. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. While I've occasionally noticed that the tables weren't as clean as I'd like, most of the time, they are well-maintained.I've tried both the chicken teriyaki and salmon teriyaki, and they are consistently delicious. I also love the range of spice levels they offer. My only issue is that, on a couple of occasions, the chicken and salmon were cooked a bit too hard for my liking. Next time, I'll be sure to request a slightly softer cook.Overall, I enjoy the food and service and will definitely keep coming back!

As a gluten free girly, I am constantly on the prowl for gf options around MN. I tried this place with my bf and fell in love. I got the spicy teriyaki chicken white rice and veggies. I am also glad I can pay extra to get just broccoli if I want. They also have a gf rice crispy marshmallow bar which I get every single time. The edamame is additionally a go to for me. I have become one for the madness and got the app so I can redeem points and I love that they have the option to go inside, be delivered, or get it car side. The service is super nice, and they keep the inside clean. This does give more of a fast food resturant atmosphere but it's more like a chiptole or Qdoba. It has nice seating and overall is located in a conventional spot. Please check them out.

Ordered for lunch delivery, but I've heard they have a clean seating area, pretty new facility. Steak Teriyaki Bowl with fried rice, and stir fried veggies. Made it spicy for the extra .50 cents. Very filling, steak was lean, good quality and teriyaki glaze had great little smoky flavor. The Crab Rangoon (2 sweet & sour sauce packets on the side) needed more crab and cream cheese. I know food costs is high right now, but I normally love those and was disappointed, was just a hint of filling. But will try again because the Bowl helped fill me up and made up for the CR. Follow me for more reviews and feel free to comment what I should try next.

The service was an easy 5 star. Staff is super friendly and was extremely helpful. It was my first time visiting and the cashier took the time to ask me questions and help me choose the perfect dish for my preferences. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl with white rice, veggies and a spring roll. The chicken had several charred spots which made it a little dry. The spring roll was not crisp but rather soft. It was stuffed full of veggies but the texture was more soggy than I prefer. It really had no taste. I thought there would be broccoli in the veggie mix but mine was all cabbage and carrots. And they had zero seasoning.The teriyaki sauce was delicious. I like a lot of sauce so next time I will be asking for additional sauce. The rice was cooked perfectly.The restaurant was clean and bright with plenty of space to sit and enjoy your meal. I will be back to try more items. It's a nice option for a quick lunch.

Food was mediocre at best. I got the orange chicken and it had absolutely no flavor. The vegetables were decent, but again the fried rice was super bland and not blended well (lots of chunks of white rice). The crab rangoons were very scarce on the cream cheese. The food was hot and fresh just not a lot of flavor. If on the fence between this place or panda, choose panda.

Didn't have the highest od expectations walking in, as it seemed a little like Panda Express, but was pleasantly surprised. The menu options seem limited, but walk in and give it a try.Being my first time in, I went with a standard Orange Chicken with brown rice. You can get a combo, which adds and egg roll and beverage. They also ask if you want the veggies. Apparently they always serve the dishes with some lightly sautéed veggies, so of course I wanted that! It's a mix of broccoli, carrots, zucchini, and cabbage. I enjoyed that mixed in with the chicken and rice. Hubs actually had a spicy chicken, which was grilled and, admittedly, not too spicy. I will probably get that when we visit again, since the couple bites I snagged, I really enjoyed.It's not gourmet by any stretch, but it was a nice place to grab a decent lunch.

The very first time I tried this place it was so good! The chicken was moist and the rice and veggies were fresh! I went back a second time and it was not as great but still good. I decided to order a bundle for my family and it was AWFUL! The chicken was dry the rice and veggies were not fresh. The veggies were slim to none, not many. I was very disappointed. Today I thought I would give it one more try and it's just not good anymore. The chicken is very dry and not much flavor at all. Really disappointed.

Ordered the Teriyaki Chicken, it took a while - a long while. Not an efficient ordering system as every one had to be asked about multiple options. There was signage but they didn't show options. On the outside the egg roll was overly fried with ends being burnt and on the inside it was dried out, stale and mostly tasteless (no indication of year made). The Teriyaki chicken was also dried out, stale and mostly tasteless except for the heavy duty sauce (also no indication of year made). Obviously it had been reheated - but not all as some pieces were cold - like refrigerated cold. Now the noodles, overcooked or over warmed up, bland (except for the sauce), and starchy. The madness of this place is that they think all you have to do is put Teriyaki sauce on stale, dried, bland food and all is good!!!!! NOPE
