The food looked and smelled so good when it got to the table that we dug in and forgot to take pictures!! The owner/server was pleasant and helpful. She offered us different spice levels in all the food. It wasn't busy because we went on a week night so the food came out in a good amount of time. The portions look small but they were packed with meat. There were four of us and we ordered one meat dish each, two orders of naan bread, and one rice dish for the table. She also brought us basmati rice on the side. We were all full and took some rice and veggies home with us. Prices were fair for the amount of food served. If you like Indian food, this is a great option.

Got take out from here. Mango Lassi - Perfect balance of sweet and sour. Highly recommend Goat Curry - Delicious and the meat was tender. Cheese and Spinach - I forgot what this was called but it was my favorite dish. Garlic Naan - I prefer this over the rice. Great for dipping in the curry.

Went here for an anniversary dinner with my husband. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat my food because of a couple of hairs in the dish. I don't know why I felt bad having them see I didn't eat the dish so I packed it up and tossed it as soon as a garbage bin was in sight. The place was dead quiet. There was only one other occupied table there. Not sure if I could try this place again as the memory of the place is as tainted as my dish was.

One of my favorite indian restaurants in the twin cities by far! I usually call ahead and pick up for carry out but sometimes I will dine in. I always order the chicken mahkni with garlic naan and it is very delicious. Always a great atmosphere and hot and ready food is always nice too. Everything is amazing that I have tried and I want to try more food options as well. I also like dining in to have some wine with my meal at times. Always like to have the chutney and tamarind, which they include at no charge. Overall, taste of india is amazing and will be a frequent customer as often as I can go back!

I was so eager to try this place! However, my visit was slightly disappointing. I had the Palak Paneer which was pretty tasteless and didn't have many veggies or cheese. I asked for hot sauce hoping this would help the flavor, but it did not. The portion was also quite small for the cost (14.99). Service was ok. They have a parking lot and many tables for seating. We dined in around 6:00PM on a Friday and many tables were open. They offer dine in and takeout.

We stumbled upon this little gem a couple of years ago and since then we make a point to stop there anytime we are in the area.The staff is friendly.The food tastes great as it has an authentic touch to it.The prices are reasonable.The Indian Tea is definitely in our top 10 tea list, so if you ever are in the area, just go in for the tea alone.- - - - - - - - - - I just hope that they repave their parking lot, that is the only thing which is a mess about this place.

The customer service is amazing, was seated very quickly. Told them I have a limited budget today so they accommodate for me to get some Naan with my meal! The food came out faster then I thought!! It's nice and spicy, just how I like it. One of the best Indian restaurants I've been to in the cities!! Highly recommended checking out this restaurant!!

Delicious variety of Indian dishes. Dined at lunch time buffet. A lot of vegetarian options. Samosas, palak paneer, chana masala, veg korma, mixed veg and vegetable balls in a creamy marsala sauce. Couple chicken dishes (tandoori and marsala), couple types of rice and one beef dish (curry) Delicious naan and fried bread, salad, pickled veg, few varieties of sauces (yogurt, tamarind and mint) and two puddings for dessert (rice and mango). Both were very sweet and the rice had a cardamom spice, very nice.The restaurant is casual, booths, tables with plastic coverings. If you are a little on the heavier/bigger side the table may be more for you, the booths have narrow seating areas and set lower. Friendly service. Overall delicious lunch!
