Great experience! Alison is flexible, personable, and made the photo shoot enjoyable. She did the senior photos for my sons, both of whom were kind of reluctant, but she made it painless. She even got them to smile naturally! The finished product look great, and her editing skills made me realize it's worth it to hire a professional. I really like the way she structures her package prices, which are affordable and there's no pressure. All in all, a great experience, and I've recommended her to friends who say the same.

I really scored when I found Sweet Light Studio after a random google search for a photographer in Minneapolis for our family visit there. Allison is a real pleasure to work with. She dug around to understand the style and mood I was after, and our session was a breeze. She is relaxed yet professional, has an excellent eye, and is so good at making everyone feel at ease. All in all, between our various exchanges and Sweet Light Studio's website system, the whole process was easy and seamless, and not excessively priced. We're delighted with our images.

We are absolutely ecstatic at the photos Allison took of our family. The lighting was perfect, the post-processing was perfect, and she put everyone at ease- from my 9 month old daughter to my 84 year old stepfather who hates photos! We would absolutely recommend Allison to anyone who is wanting keepsakes you'll treasure forever!

From the very beginning, Allison was a joy! We had a family reunion of 17 from all over the country come together in Minneapolis. We needed photos to prove it really happened! She worked with everyone from 18 months old to 82 years young and kept us all together and focused...And the photos are A-Maz-Ing!! Thank you so much! I hope our paths will cross again. :)

Allison was the perfect photographer for my son's senior pictures and our family pictures. Not only did the pictures turn out great but she made everyone feel relaxed. Allison is a fun, engaging, and talented photographer. We have hired her for professional photos for our website and also for family photos. She is magical with kids (ours are ages 4 and 7) and somehow manages to make the entire photoshoot fun while taking some of the most flattering and magical photos. The printed photos and albums are also super high quality. I would highly recommend working with her!

Allison did an amazing job capturing our new family of four. She was patient and silly with our two year old which made her comfortable and got the most incredible smiles out of her. She waited for our very awake newborn to fall asleep (took Allison over 45 minutes!) in which she took other great pictures while she patiently waited and tried different techniques. The pictures and experience we wonderful.

First, I found her through a google search in the middle of the night while feeding a newborn and she had online scheduling!! Win!Second, her package includes some digital copies of your photos which is awesome. No sticker shock as you look at your gorgeous kids after the session and try to figure out how to mortgage your house for just one 8x10.Third, Allison is amazing with kids. Right from the start she is engaging and energetic. She structures the session to get the best from the kiddos. Her patience with our son was unreal.And, finally, her work is phenomenal! We are so unbelievably happy with the pictures of our kids and family.The biggest compliment that can be given is my budget conscious husband saying that something was money well spent and he had that to say about our session with Allison.

This was a delightful experience for me and my whole family!! Allison was over above and beyond accommodating for my family, even on a holiday weekend. She was thorough and foresightful in planning and arranging for everything we needed! And the photos turned out FANTABULOUSLY!! My family fully enjoyed the session and spending time with Allison.
