A terrific craft brew and top-notch pub grub parlor, in a lovely restored downtown building from the 1880s. Obviously a labor of love for the local owner.I didn't eat, but I saw some great looking food come out of the kitchen, which cranks out apps, salads, sandwiches, and even big ribeyes, pork chops, and fried chicken.I'm an outsider. But it's hard to imagine a better place to drink or dine near here.

We've been coming here since they opened about once a month. It's always good, the only thing I can say honestly is one time the waffle fries were small bits. This is in 15-20 visits. This place is solid. Last night the special was a chicken sandwich. I've been everywhere for work across the Midwest for work. Spent weeks and months living in different community's. My favorite thing is to find the hidden gems for dining. I love a good fried chicken sandwich. Last nights special is epic. Fried with a slaw base Teriyaki sauce topped with a grilled pineapple ring, drizzled with Bang Bang sauce. It's a friggin masterpiece. Literally the best I've ever had. The best sandwich I've ever eaten was last night. 2 meals, 3 beers (awesome paired with the meal) a root beer and 4 incredible sugar cookies. Like 60$. Dear god I would have paid that for the sandwich. You guys rock. Any poor reviews are to be disregarded. They obviously have a motive aside from a fair review.

We went in on a Saturday night - and the place was warm and inviting as we walked in. Someone shouted hello, and we grabbed a table - and a waitress was at the table a moment later. She was friendly and had some great suggestions for us after we told her that we were first timers.We started with shaved ribeye nachos - and they were fantastic! Plenty of toppings, and the homemade chips were terrific. We got the half size, and it was just right to get things started. My wife had a crispy, southern fried chicken sandwich and fries - it was really tasty! Plenty of crunch, homemade honey mustard, and the fries were piping hot and fresh.I had a club sandwich that came with avocado, and the standard club stuff. The sourdough was perfectly toasted, and the sandwich was piled high with tasty stuff! I got the waffle fries, and they were crispy and piping hot.For dessert we got a house specialty that was bagel bites with three sauces on top: chocolate, caramel and peanut butter, and then they top it with a dusting of powdered sugar - delicious! The service was friendly and engaging, and Jill, our server, was wonderful. Jess the bartender also stopped by the table, and they both had great suggestions.We'll definitely be back!

Staff was friendly and fun. Pork chop was amazing. Beer was cold. Highly recommend this place.

Great place! No complaints on the food, everything our group ordered was great. The cutest overflow seating area, and most of all for a busy night service was fantastic.

Loved this place! Great vibe, service, music, food, drinks! Had the pretzel plate...so comforting and tasty and then we split the Southern Chicken sandwich, which was crispy and flavorful! And those sweet potato waffle fries....thin and crispy and served with honey mustard....perfection! Had a blood orange margarita and a regular, both were delicious. Great amaretto sours also. Really perfect all around!
