Great and friendly service in a cute little ramen place that's location in Eat Street Crossing. I love how you can get some ramen and go enjoy it with a drink at the bar inside. We got the tonkotsu ramen with Marshall law spicy sauce on the side to add. It was most definitely spicy but oh so delicious! The ramen was the perfect size and we both thought it was one of the best ramen bowls we have had in MN. The broth is flavorful, the pork chashu plentiful, and the toppings like the mushrooms were the perfect touch to the yumminess! We will be back.

Staff Meeting lived up to the hype! I had Moms Fried Rice with the "take out" wings! Both were phenomenal! I typically don't love and won't order "Whole Wings", these wings are an exception to that rule! They are crunchy, flavorful and have the perfect amount of meat! The Fried Rice was also packed with great flavor and perfectly tender cooked rice! The service was quick and friendly and the food hall concept made for a unique experience that allowed everyone in our group to find something they liked! The parking can be a bit challenging to find on a busy day, but I was able to find a street spot!

The fried rice mom style was so basic that it was delicious. It doesn't need a lot of different flavors. It was basic to where I feel like I was kind of at home eating my mom fried rice. The tornado fries were alright. I honestly thought it was something else, I should have done a better job at choosing the right item to try. The chicken wings were decently a good size. It wasn't big, but it had enough meat. The chicken wasn't dry, and it was crunchy. The services, they give you a buzzer to grab your food. However, the front person was great and welcoming. The place/ ambiance can get crowded fast, and it was a good place to sit and eat. The only problem about this place is the location. There isn't any good parking to get to this Eat Street space with all the food.

I have been hearing amazing reviews about this place so I just had to try it out. We ordered the Blaze of Glory because I love spice! I wish I was hungry enough to have tried so many more things off their menu because so many things looked amazing. The staff was friendly and they had a little mixup but they were kind and quickly fixed it! The ramen was not as spicy as I thought it was going to be but it still had a good level. I understand that most people do not like very intense spice so this is more of a me issue. The chashu was amazing. Some of the best ive had in Minnesota. Honestly could've added on multiple pieces. The egg was well cooked, the toppings were great, and I loved all the scallions. While this wasn't my favorite bowl of ramen of all time, it was pretty damn good. We finished all of it and left very satisfied. Can't wait to come back here and try more things off their menu!!!!

Stopped by here before heading out to a play at the Children's Theater. My daughter is a ramen fan so of all the places at Eat Street Crossing, we decided to try out this place. We ordered the Kurimichikin (chicken ramen) and Dragon's Breath (chicken karaage) to share between the two of us. The food didn't take too long and you could see them making it. The staff was super helpful and pleasant and looked like genuinely enjoying what they were doing. We sat on the bar stools on the counter. The place is very casual and you can sit in the main hall or outside if it's nice or in the restaurant itself. The food came out hot and and presented very well. The karaage could be a little bit more crunchy but it was well cooked. The taste was good and it wasn't as spicy as I expected. The ramen was tasty and had good flavor. The egg was a little more hard boiled than I am used to but tasted good. Overall I would say not the best karaage or ramen I have had in the cities but a decent meal which was quick and reasonably priced.
