I recently attended the St Paul Food Truck Festival and it was an absolute blast! The vibes were electric, and the food was simply divine! The variety of options was incredible! I got to try Puckin' Pebbles' Milk Cake (ohm brownies) - rich and velvety, Tater Tots (tot boss) - crispy and cheesy, Mansetti's Food Truck's cheesy pizza, KC Egg Rolls' famous Cream Cheese Rolls, and Gray Duck Concessions' Cookies n Cream Donuts. Each dish was more delicious than the last! The vendors were all super friendly and eager to share their creations. The lines moved quickly, and the staff were all smiling and enthusiastic. The festival had a fantastic atmosphere! The sun was shining, and the crowd was buzzing with excitement. There were plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy your eats. One area for improvement: it would be great to have more shade or tents to escape the sun. A few more trash cans and recycling bins would also be helpful.Overall, I highly recommend the St Paul Food Truck Festival! With so many choices for vendors and a great day out, you won't want to miss it!

With a variety of great options in a family friendly space, St. Paul's Food Truck Fest will be at the top of my must-do-again list. My friend and I really enjoyed the location (Mears Park is a beautiful (and SHADED) green space in the middle of Lower Town). Food and alcohol were enjoyed while listening to the live band. The Grub: food trucks line all four sides of Mears Park giving you an easy route to do your scouting. Breakfast (the fest started at 12, but I won't judge), main course, and desserts are available in everything from BBQ to Liege Waffles to Açaí Bowls. Vegetarian, vegan, and dairy free diets can all be readily accommodated, so bring your friends! The Location: Easily accessed by all of St. Paul with minimal traffic. Coming in by the Green Line is definitely the way to go since you only walk a block from station to Mears Park. Cyclists beware: finding a spot on the block around the fest is not going to be easy.
