St. Croix Lanes

This place has probably the best food in town along with bowling if you need something for the kids to do. They always have events going on. Not usually a dull place to go so if you are looking for a boring place this is not it.

This place has some great lanes, reasonable pricing and blacklight bowling; kids & even adults loved it! The restaurant has great bar & grill food such as the chicken fingers, burgers, pizzas & also has a nice Friday fish fry! Trevor, Trent & Liam are some of the most amazing attentive staff around!

We had a mishap with our reservation for a birthday party and the group went above and beyond to help us out and make it happen. Can't say enough about that experience in level of customer service.

The service here is phenomenal! Trevor and his staff go above and beyond to make their customers happy. The place is always clean and organized, the menu is great with lots of different options, and the prices are super reasonable. This family will continue to drive in from out of town to visit this exceptional business.

A decent place for bowling. I came with a group of four to bowl on a Saturday night with some friends and we had a nice time. The prices are pretty standard, $4 a game per person and $3.50 for shoes. I will say, I was impressed because this is the first time I have been bowling and didnt have a technical glitch. The staff was really nice, but the kid they had in charge seemed to have no idea what he was doing so we had to wait as he grabbed an older gentleman every time we needed a drink or to pay for something. We ordered pitchers of drinks which we thought were decently priced, but they really stiff you on the alcohol. If I wanted a pitcher of soda pop I would have ordered it. Overall, a fun time but their staff could use some extra training.

If you want a place which you can count on, stay away from this place. Cause it doesn't matter if you have a reservation since 3 weeks in advance they may call you 4 hours before the reservation and cancel it with a cold unhelpful tone. That is what Jessica , supposedly the manager with no customer service skill, did to us. Had a reservation since 3 weeks in advance and they canceled it four hours before the event because they had a league night that was not on the books! How would you even make more reservations?!?!? And how Jessica handled this was the worst customer service I ever saw! She was not helpful at all and came across with such a cold tone! Luckily there are good places like Hudson Bowling alley that took our last minute reservation. But I know I will not recommend or go to St. Croix lanes ever again!

Service was good until I realized someone had taken money off of my card without permission..... Than called to try and take care of it, they said they would give back the money but never happened....Do Not Open a tab at this place..... they steal.

I had made a Reservation for a 20 person work function for bowling and food a month prior to the date. On the date of the Reservation River Falls bowlling alley called 5 hours before and said they could not accommodate my Reservation, due to league bowling. They said they didn't have it in the their calendar book. I informed them that this event has been planned for a month and my workers have the day off for this event. They would not work with myself at all on this issue. The manager had a care free attitude as if they were to good to serve my group. Thank you Hudson Bowling Alley for taking my last minute reservation for 20 people and the money we will be spending there. I will not be returning to River Falls Bowling alley in the future. Very disappointed in the extremely poor or should I say rotten customer service given to myself by Jessica the manager!!!! Jessica was very and uncaring, she could of tried some customer service and found myself another venue for my workers function I was having. But no, Jessica was like, no we cant have your event, end of story.

On 12/08/23 around 11:40pm, after being here for 2.5 hours, the assistant gm came over to my table to ID my friends for the 3rd time, and me for drinking water. This was after the assistant gm has had several drinks and was making out with some girl on lane 12. Terrible experience, service, and hospitality.

Open bowling till 5pm, 7 frames into 2nd game, lanes just turn off at 4:50. Other lanes still got to continue. No apology, just silence and attitude. Spent $45 for bowling and another $40 on food, plus cocktails for me. Will not be bowling there again anytime soon. Cottage grove lanes and Hudson much better.
