St Cloud Floral

I had used St Cloud Floral for a funeral through the connection on the obituary page of the local paper. I wanted a large arrangement and ordered the premium option. My total with delivery came to $127.32 and it was one of the smallest floral arrangements on display. The card with our message was large enough to cover a good portion of the arrangement. I was very disappointed. I'm attaching a photo. My arrangement was the one with reddish-orange flowers. I placed it next to another arrangement to show the difference. Also, the flowers were starting to wilt one day after delivery.

I wanted to surprise a friend during this really gloomy time and was researching florists around her area. This popped up and I definitely took a chance considering their page showed nice products and good pricing for my budget. St. Cloud delivered them to my friend and I am so happy at how exact the product was to what was listed on the website. :) We're both really happy with everything!

Stoped by the store this week for Valentine's Day. The lady that helped me pick out flowers and chocolate was really patient and helpful. The entire process of picking things, getting it packed and leaving took 15 minutes (extremely fast for floral shops). I even got a chance to speak with the owner. She was in the backroom helping her staff prepare bouquets which is a great sign.

Exceeded expectations. Ordered a boutonnière and corsage over the phone based on an arrangement called Brown Sugar in the Yelp photos. I had never been here before but I liked the floral styles they showed on Yelp. Service over the phone and in person during pick up were both excellent. I was nervous as to how it was going to turn out because I didn't see anything in person beforehand. When I saw the completed product, it exceeded my expectations. High quality all around and appropriate pricing for what you get. Glancing at their in-house florals, it all looked healthy and beautiful. I will definitely order from here again. They just know what they're doing.

Just a shout out to the extraordinary staff at St. Cloud Floral! I'm out of state so have placed orders online for family events...always an easy process and exceptional products! But a recent interaction blew me away with their Customer Service! Sent a Birthday bouquet without knowing the recipient would be out of town and through the diligence of the staff, they found out and called me to notify of the rescheduled delivery for when she was back in town!! Who does this these days?? THANK YOU...from a "new-ish" lifelong patron!!!

I purchased the double dozen roses. $174 including the roses/ arrangement, tax, deliver, tip. Delivered on time. The flowers delivered were not as carefully arranged as the photo on the website, and looked pretty random. So I was a little disappointed, but the recipient was thrilled.

Absolutely fantastic! Rhoda was wonderful to work with and the flowers for our son's and daughter-in-law's wedding were stunning! The attention to detail was amazing.

My son took his drivers test today and we were in a very long line to obtain his actual paper license! He passed!! While he stood in line, I meandered over to St Cloud Floral which was close by! What an amazing shop with a ton of classy items for indoors and outdoors! To top it off, I received top notch customer service and walked out with beautiful items for my new patio! I can't wait to go back! Thank you St Cloud Floral!!

My kids went in to buy flowers for a friend in the hospital and St Cloud Floral rocked the order!! So pretty and very affordable!!
