They were very professional and warned me about new paint vs old paint and it won't be as close matching they actually care about in my opinion

Brought vehicle in for work on driverside deer collision. Had a quarter sized hole near rear wheel well from the collision, they managed to make the whole 10x larger with out repairing it. Manager said it might of been from pressure washer.. still you dont expect to receive vehicle back in WORSE condition after $3000 in repairs. I have pictures from when collision occured and after work was completed. Basically my vehicle went from having slight paint bubbling over rear wheel well to huge hole thanks to St. Cloud Collsion.

Avoid this place! I had poor work done on my car and had to bring it back. I pointed out every flaw including the fact that my headlights were scuffed up during their repair process. I was informed that the scratches in my headlights were from the sun. So after the second time hoping they would right their wrong and replace or repair my damaged lights... I get my car back with no working headlights? After a poor review I received a call from mike...he has some kind of management role I guess, and he then lets me know that the cars headlights didn't work when we dropped it off???? The car was in a front end collision??? The sad part is they still worked when I dropped the car off. If you have to use this place, video tape a walk around your car so you have proof of quality because this shop does the bare minimum. I repaired my headlights myself Upon removing headlight assembly I could tell my car sat outside in the rain with the hood off bolts for headlight assemblies were solid rust wd-40 is cheap and common sense would tell you th tarp the engine. Headlight assemblies are scratched all over, difficult to get in and out if you dont know what you are doing? Found pinched wire behind passenger headlamp....and I have lights. Hopelessness
