If you are looking for honest people to do reliable, affordable and quality work on your car then look no further. They were able to get my daughter's car in, fixed and back on the road in less than one entire afternoon.....of course this was also in the month of December, during a snowstorm and her car had been encased in ice and snow from being broken down. Not an exaggeration!! The guys are super friendly and were happy to answer all of our questions. As a recent transplant to Minnesota, I am thrilled to have been recommended to this business from a neighbor. True gem!

Southeast Auto Service deserves more than 5 stars. They truly have outstanding service and great prices for services. I kinda piled things up with my car and when I finally took it in I was looking for an oil change, new brake light, tire rotation, and air pressure checked. I was hoping I could have all this done for around $125. I left with an $80 bill and they fixed a problem that I had with a tire sensor that I have had for YEARS (MULTIPLE places have offered to fix this for around $200). I was completely blown away. My care needs full synthetic oil and I've been charged upwards of $100 for just an oil change. Southeast was more than affordable and I got one for around half of that. The printout they gave me was very detailed, they didn't offer anything extra than what I was there for and as mentioned before they actually took the time to put the right amount of air in the tires and informed me my sensor was never even broken to begin with. You do need to make an appointment (but I was still able to get in just 2 days out) and drop your car off in the morning. By noon my car was finished and I was able to pick it up. I will absolutely be back and it is honestly the best experience I've ever had at an auto service place. They are very very honest and if you are still considering someplace else, just look at the other 5 star reviews. Southeast is the best!

We had an incredible experience at this auto shop. Seriously. We have been waiting to get the tire fixed after a big storm and tough weekend. We got a flat tire on the way to urgent care. We show up 20 minutes before closing with a flat tire and piece of shard in it. Guy didn't promise anything on the phone, but Guy was so kind when we showed up. He just got right down to business. He didn't even pause just got out his kit. Helped us super speedy and a great job. He was very friendly and then said it was on the house. Hands down the best service I've ever received. Thanks Guy! You and this shop are the greatest!

I get nervous going to shops because I've been ripped off numerous times. Bill at SE Auto made me feel as if a friend was servicing my car, very helpful and honest. They called before the fixed anything and the prices were very reasonable. Also before I left, something on my car started going off and he wouldn't let me leave until he figuring out/fixed what it was. I will definitely be bringing my car back for other servicing!

Just got told that since it's not my daily driver he won't work on it I thought that was kind of crappy

Small place but they communicate reliably and they got my oil change done within a couple hours. Was cheaper than most places I've gone to and it was nice to support a local place.

Hands down the best in the business !!! If your not taking your car here then you're just wasting your money.

Very friendly staff, especially the owner, and done in a fairly quick time frame. Would be 5 stars if it weren't for the price. The hourly rate they charge is a bit on the pricier side, not necessarily an exorbitant amount, but definitely more than I would be typically looking to pay.

The most honest mechanics that I've met so far. I am doing regular oil changes at Southeast Auto, they always do a great job, and so far I've had only two concerns with my car that these guys helped me with in the most honest way. The first one is related to weird sounds coming out from one of the wheels on my Hyundai Accent. After doing a serious inspection, they gave me a list of things that are causing the sound and told me that none of those is a safety concern, but just a sign that my car is getting older. They also gave me an estimated cost for the things that would need to be replaced for the sound to disappear, but advised me not to do them because they would cost money and there are no safety concerns with how things were at that moment. I heard from other people about similar sounds, the mechanics would charge them serious money to change parts, and the sounds would still be there. This was not the case in Southeast Auto, because, as I said, they are super honest and straight to the point.The second issue one was related to my breaks. The car was sitting for a while, and the breaks were noisy which stopped happening at lower speed after 2-3 days, but it remained present at 45+ mph. Again, they did a serious inspection and told me that it is not a safety concern whatsoever and that I probably have 20k+ miles left to drive with these breaks. Super honest and straight to the point. I highly recommend this car shop.

I am fully admitting I am wrong for parking here without permission to start this review. I am usually reasonable especially when I am in the wrong and have never reviewed a business poorly but this was extreme. I had hit a deer the previous night. Had he looked, he would've known that. I am a nurse and cannot bring cars in during the day. I had parked here planning to call while at work once they opened to see if they could provide an insurance quote. To find this in the morning left me speechless. Around 7:30 in the morning I got up to go to work and get my work badge from my car. I conveniently live walking distance. My car was fully boxed in by the owner of this store. Like I said, I should not have parked there and that was wrong of me to not leave a message because I hit the deer after hours the night before. As I was calling the cops to move the cars, he stared at me through the window. His demeanor was nauseating as I apologized and asked him to move the cars. I will say he was calm and thanked me for my service, but I'd rather have been towed or ticketed as most professional businesses would. I could not drive out quicker.
