Came for take-out only. Picked out Combo Dinner A & and an order of Chicken Egg Foo Yung. By the time I got home, the crispy noodles under the Chicken Chow Mein was a soggy mess. The Chicken Egg Foo Yung was fluffy eggs & nice chicken (would recommend if you like EFY). Service was minimal but the staff was ridiculous when it came to payment-yes, I understand that there is a 3.5% transaction fee for all cards. This used to be the Pizza Hut off of the frontage road by Hiway 65...big parking lot. Next time I will ask if they will leave the crunchy noodles separate in another bag until I can add them at home.

We were visiting from out of town and decided to pick up food on the way to my brother's house. This restaurant had good reviews and we were excited to give it a try. We ordered really easily over the phone and our food was hot and ready when we arrived. The staff was really friendly and we always love supporting a family owned, small business. We had cream cheese wontons, hot and sour soup, and General Tso's Chicken.Everything was really tasty and my only criticism is the chicken entree was a bit too salty, but it was still really good. Sorry - I forgot to take pics!

So my mom found this place while on her way to the bank a few weeks ago and wanted to bring me here. I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. It was quite tasty! The restaurant itself is VERY easy to pass by as they have very little signage on the street side. They have a bigger sign facing Central Avenue (Hwy 65) but not really viewable from the side where you approach. It is a nice smaller size restaurant with a nice decor and appeared very clean. The service was excellent! The server greeted us and she was more than happy to answer questions I had on a couple of the menu items. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked back to fill water or check on our tea etc. She even helped us pack up leftovers when we were ready to go. Very friendly and informative. The food was very good! I had a question on the Spicy Jade Wontons which she answered well. She explained that it has a vinegar-based sauce which some people don't like. I enjoy vinegar especially in Asian cooking with that sweetness added so I decided to try them but just leave off the cilantro (not a big fan but it was just normally sprinkled on top so easy to leave off). They were VERY tasty!! Not really spicy in my opinion but flavorful! My mom ordered some cream cheese wontons and those were also good...pretty standard. For my entree I ordered the Szechuan Crispy Beef. SO GOOD! Crispy, sticky, sweet but spicy! It was tossed with some beautiful quality vegetables like carrots, onions, green peppers and some celery. I ate my leftovers for breakfast (cold) the next day if that tells you anything. My mom had a Lunch Combo with Moo Goo Gai Pan which they offer every day (not just Monday-Friday) and it came with a scoop of fried rice (or white if you prefer) and an egg roll. You also get a complementary soup with the combo and can choose from Wonton, Egg Drop or Sweet and Sour soup. We had the Wonton soup and it was very good.It was a very good experience and I am sure we will be back to try some more dishes!

Ordered take out for dinner and food was ready within 20 minutes when I arrived for pickup.I got the Szechuan Crispy Beef, Sesame chicken, Spicy Jade Wontons and Cream Cheese Wontons. The Szechuan Crispy Beef was crispy with a little kick and sesame chicken was nice and sweet. I asked for no spice since it was for the kids and they love sesame chicken. The Spicy Jade Wonton, was not spicy at all with its name. Would love to know the story of how the name came to be. It was wontons drenched in a sweet vinegary sauce. Although it wasn't spicy, I still like them very much and it's better with a spoon of rice if you get some of the base with it. Would love to go back for more of this and the Pork Chung King next time.Although I didn't dine in, it appears to have plenty of seating inside and parking is small. So it might be crowded during busy hours.

First time going here, apparently they have been open for 7 years. 4 years open to public, 3 years during Covid time which they offered to go order pick up, for a total of 7 years. Let me start you off with the fact that i took my brother here for an early lunch, they opened at 11am. It was very deserted, but again they had just opened. The gal was very friendly and seated us. Even taking into account my brother's request for a Diet Coke before having been sat down. She came back to set the table with the placement, napkins and forks. Then went to get the waters and yes a Diet Coke. She then took our order, I got the sesame chicken lunch combo which I asked for spicy version, served with fried rice and an eggroll. My brothers order was the green pepper and onion beef combo with fried rice and eggroll. Both combos came with a choice of egg drop, wonton, or hot and sour soup. We both chose the hot and sour soup. I also ordered the cream cheese wontons and spicy jade wontons. Again this was my first time coming here. The server brought our soups which were both piping hot and super flavorful, mine had a few pieces of pork along with tofu. Then she brought out the cream cheese wontons, not sure if these were made in house for sure, but they tasted fresh. Next the spicy jade wontons, which I did confirm with the server who happened to be the daughter of the owner, were made fresh and by hand on-site. These spicy jade wontons were drenched in this amazing vinegary sweet spicy sauce with some cilantro. Lastly we were served our combo plates which by the time I got my entree I was getting a little stuffed. I managed to eat most of my entree, the spicy-ness hit so well, the eggroll was pork and was delicious and the fried rice was about average for me. Overall I would give this place 9 out of 10. I'll include the final bill just to share. By the time we had left there had been 3 to go orders and had seated another set of people for in house dining. I would go again!! Try everything, be daring! Enjoy life, live life to the fullest and show your appreciation for those around you!!

My friend and I stopped in for lunch. It was delicious. The restaurant was nice and clean. My friend ordered the Nankin Chow Mein, and I ordered the Chicken Almond Ding lunch special. Both were very good, with generous serving sizes. The egg drop soup was delicious, and the egg roll was good, but the fried rice was more like brown rice with soy sauce. It was fine with the chicken almond ding, but had I ordered fried rice and received this, I would have been very disappointed. The server was friendly, and the service was excellent.

We have ordered food from there twice now and it is the best Chinese food we have found in the Twin Cities!! Egg rolls are delicious, the portions are huge, and the chicken is perfectly breaded. We have tried the General's chicken and sesame chicken and both were fantastic. Great service too!

Sis and I decided to try a new Chinese place in the area and we heard good things about this place. Our usual order is Sesame Chicken, Vegetable Lo Mein, Vegetable Fried Rice and cream cheese wontons. Unfortunately, we won't be ordering from this place again. Positives first. Ordering over the phone was easy. Took a could tries to get through but friendly employee. Pickup was a breeze. Dining area is closed (COVID 19) so you drive around the building to the drive through window. Was helped at the window right away. Now for everything less than positive:Sesame Chicken is marked as medium spice on the menu. It was very mild, no heat at all. Chicken was overcooked, tough and stringy. Did not reheat well.Lo Mein was bland. Not salty or flavorful. The only positive was the style of noodle. It was a thicker spaghetti type vs the thin string (like 5 Spice).Fried Rice was okay. Lots of veggies but there were small squares that were crunchy, like Styrofoam. Never experienced that in any other fried rice. I don't want crunchy rice. Don't know what that was. Wontons were difficult to eat. Too much wrapper, too little cream cheese. Again probably cooked to long. Wrapper was tough to crack with either fingers or teeth. Once at the CC pocket, wrapper was chewy. Thought I'd find a hidden gem, but sad to say it all found the garbage bin.

First, I did not pick this place as the group I was with wanted Chinese food. Right from the start pulling in I thought am I in a Bridesmaid movie remake. The food was absolutely terrible, the things floating around in the soup tasted old like cliche Chinese leftovers tossed in a broth. The pork I ordered was actually pink and did not even want to eat it as it looked seriously undercooked. I could never return to this place, GROSS‼‼

The worst fried rice I've ever eaten! It was white rice with raw vegetables little meat and no flavor. The shrimo/pea pod had an unusual florally taste. The best thing about the meal was the soup. It wasn't great but at least it was edible. So good not so good! I won't go back.
