Made a purchase from these guys on eBay, they sent the parts in super fast, took 3 days to arrive at my porch in Cali. Turns out it was a leaky radiator, contacted them, don't know the name of the guy I spoke with but he was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and faulty parts, asked if I could wait a day so that they'd be able to find a replacement for me, I declined due to me already purchasing another one. He then issued me a full refund and several apologies for the faulty parts.Overall experience- I would never imagine how smoothly our transaction went, these guys are the real MVP's!!Overall time it took to resolve this issue- under 10 minutes!! Stress free!I'd definitely deal with these guys again in the future!!

i ordered a 2006 infiniti G35X Sedan Rear Subwoofer Speaker through Ebay.for my grandson. This was the 1st time I had ever ordered using Ebay. The part was delivered broken. I contacted Slidegood, Inc several times requesting information about how to return the item. They finally got back with me and said send them a picture and they would tell me how to return it. That didn't happen. I just paid to have the item returned to them, rather than throw it away with a letter requesting that they refudn my money. That was on 5/17/21......... never heard from them and don't expect to ever hear from them. Needless to say I will never order anything from them or Ebay again.

They took my money, sent me the wrong part, placed the wrong information on the delivery (which in turn cost me ever more in tax), then said they would send me the right part and never have.I've asked for a refund, but never hear anything back.

They deserve zero stars! Sold me a bad transmission for $500 and have tried every way to prevent the return even after submitting two independent diagnostics one from a transmission specialist shop. Now the expect me to pay the $400 shipping to send there broken transmission back so they can sell it to someone else. Horrible customer service waste of time and money. I will NEVER buy from you again and I will warn everyone about dealing with you! I also lost the money from the install, the other fact I have been without a vehicle for weeks, and also had to purchase a transmission from LKQOnline and pay once again to install it. what do you know now the car works fine. You guys are garbage do not fall for their tricks. Hopefully you realize that you can only take advantage of people once the impact stays with you forever. I would like to see if anyone in this company cares enough to contact me and sort it out.

Avoid. Bought a part from their ebay store and it was not useable. They requested I ship it back for a refund. Even though the top of the auction ad states 30-day no-hassle money back guarantee.. after the part made it back to them they fed me excuses for a few weeks as to why I haven't seen a refund yet. They finally responded "You have a 'store credit' with us". Keep your store credit, you're a thief!

Do yourself a favor, and do not do business with Slidegood! I purchased a used engine which turned out to be defective. They obviously do not test their parts as advertised. Slidegood also changed their warrantly policy after my purchase, and ignored my numerous requests for a refund.
