The theater itself is generally pretty good and my go-to when heading to a movie. HOWEVER, their self-service software needs serious help. Ordering food and drink in the theater is overly complicated. The interface is way too small and cluttered with irrelevant buttons creating friction in the purchase path. My two biggest complaints that sour the food/drink buying experience:1. Why, why, and why do you have the option to purchase tickets and read about movies INSIDE THE THEATER? When I'm in line to get my nachos or buy a soda, that's what I want to do, not buy another ticket. And even worse, the movie screen is the default-not the food/drink screens. 2. What the heck is a 'Freestyle?' Unnecessarily 'branding' a soda in your checkout path just slows down the process and frustrates your customer. In your video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EC-4hS53I6Q crowing about how efficient these systems are, how is it you missed something so obvious? These types of misses create friction in what could otherwise be a smooth and simple purchase experience.

This is our favorite movie theater, we drive two hours to get here. Parking is free and you feel safe going to & from the lobby. We always pre-purchase our tickets on the business's website so we don't have to fuss with that when we get there, and we go with the 21+ VIP section upstairs. They often have fun specialty drinks for featured movies, creative food and snack options, and being able to have food and drinks delivered right to your theater seat is a huge plus. Another perk are the shops and restaurants immediately around ShowPlace Icon, which make it easy to kill time before the movie or to stroll around if you want to stretch your legs after the movie.

Visited on a Tuesday for the $5.50 movie deal. I was unimpressed. Theater 3 was not only small, but the seats are cloth and narrow. They also aren't the same size; which is weird. You'll have to mortgage your home to afford popcorn and a drink, so start the paperwork now. Nowadays when watching movies at home is so easy, I want a "luxury" experience in the theater.

I'm specifically reviewing the indoor playground inside the theater. My kids absolutely love this little playground, that looks like a train station. Best for kids under age 5, and actually specifically under 42", according to the sign. Definitely a great free activity for a cold or rainy day!

NOT MY FAVORITE THEATRE. I went to ICON for the 2nd time on a Wednesday night. I saw Dune (great movie on a side note!)Price: The ticket prices were *okay* at roughly $12.50 a ticket. They have quite the variety of prices depending on the time/day. I think they're cheapest on Tuesdays - heads up!Parking: We were able to park right "below" the Theatre, and I recommend that!Staff: Not particularly friendly. Seats: Super disappointing. They didn't recline, which is something I've come to prefer. Aisles are a bit tight too. Screen/Sound: Really great surround sound. Felt like I was in the movie! It was a little loud... But I could just be crazy haha. Food/Drink: They were out of the diet sodas I wanted, which was disappointing. They have a butter dispenser for popcorn, a plus! Prices were average/high at $25 for 2 regular drinks and a regular popcorn.OVERALL: I think they are portrayed as fancier than they actually are. It isn't terrible, but I would pick a different local theatre over this one, unless you want to have a convenient date night, as there's restaurants all around!

Great place to meet friends for a movie!Ample parking and easy to find entrance. Not loving all of the newly added screens to buy your tickets or purchase your snacks. I like the variety of screens and movie options. Nice central location for movie viewing with a group.

Went to a late night showing and had a great time at this theater! It wasn't very busy so we didn't have to wait in line for snacks, need to sit in our reserved seats, and parked in the free parking ramp. The snacks were pretty expensive (over $5.00 for a small box of candy)-- that may be the way prices are headed these days. I loved that we could add as much butter to our popcorn as we wanted. The theater is definitely older, so the seats didn't recline and the arm rest didn't lift up , but the originality/ the few updates contributed to the theater's charm and comfort. The theater was very clean, and there also weren't too many previews which all improved the movie watching experience.
