Rustech Brewing

This place was very clean. It actually had a cleaner kind of smell. There is lots of seating inside and out. There were quite a few beer choices. The bartenders who helped us were helpful and polite. My husband and I each sampled two beers. I didn't realize one of the sours was an IPA which I don't care for so I order the other. My husband liked his beer okay. I didn't care for mine and only took a few sips. It was a nice place but maybe just not our kind of beer.

First time here, killed some before going to St Cloud. Location: next to US Bank off main road. All bar stools occupied by local men. Bummer. Looked forward to Blueberry Cream Ale out till Sunday. Sampled Sweet Inferno a wheat beer with raspberries and Habenero, good and ordered a small. Also sampled Five Furlough Brown ale, did not care for. Hopercrom Zeus Pale Ale good. Decor was steam punk industrial. Brewery itself was small but had large wooden spools for tables outside. Would definitely stop back, service was good.

Great atmosphere and great food trucks!! Owners were super nice, place was packed but they saw our group standing and personally gave up the table they were just eating at for us without even asking! Don't even drink but the service, pulled pork food truck and Cream soda were amazing!

10/10 for all facets of this brewery! Ownership is one of the best I've seen while frequenting breweries! Such kindness and friendly faces, I like seeing them in the brewery hands on! Craft beer selection is quite tasty! Many to choose from with flavors for all fans. My favorite is the sniper or the polar! Atmosphere is cozy, some games provided, TVs, snacks and local food truck vendors! Not to mention a great selection of occasional live music!One of our favorite places

Love seeing these breweries that are popping up in the smaller towns! Monticello is our main pass through town on the way to my husband's family cabin so we are up there frequently.We stopped by recently after a foraging session. Couple things to note at this time: no pets inside (even my scaly brewpub lizard) and there isn't a patio. The gal who rang us up said the patio should be ready next year and that at least will be pet friendly.They had about a half dozen beers on tap so I went with the flight to try all of them.I'll be honest here - overall the beers need some work. The Citra IPA tasted nothing like a beer with those hops (which are among my fav) I've ever had has tasted - quite the bitter aftertaste that I've come to find is common with a lot of beers at newer breweries. The Buzz Light Gear was fine, as was the chocolate brown (I believe it was a brown and not a stout). But the other few were just meh.The space itself is nice, with lots of polished wood and a good view of the brewing equipment - not as 'industrial warehouse chic' as some TC breweries, but there's nothing wrong with that!We'll give it some time before we go back, and hopefully the beers will have improved.

Great options for fruity beer lovers and it's nice and cozy! The people were extremely friendly and it was nice to visit even with a little one! The food truck they had was also great!

Good beer and great prices! They even have flavored seltzer if you're not a beer drinker. Food truck outside is always a blast!

Best brewery I have been to in a long time. Penny is very friendly. I love the new beers they are always coming up with. Great atmosphere and location.
