Stopped by here for dinner with a group of friends and had a great time. The views here are really awesome in the summer time. They also have lots of healthy options to choose from!

Beautiful day on the golf course. While the course is challenging, it is in excellent condition and golfing is a great way to be with colleagues and friends while social distancing. Each person in our foursome had their own cart to enable social distancing. I was there as a guest so not sure about pricing. Our foursome had a cocktail and lunch on the patio upon completion of our round. I had the green goddess salad (ate too fast and forgot to snap a pic) but it was very good and refreshing after a warm summer day. Beautiful views from the patio. Great time!

We moved away to TN last year and we just came back for a visit a couple days ago and got to play a round! So I've been here a lot. But here's a review finally! I may be biased because I worked here for a couple years.... but this is such a beautiful course!!!! When you drive up yes the clubhouse is nice looking but when you step out of the back the view is absolutely breathtaking!!! So lush! And vibrant green every where you look! The sky looks so expansive against the perfectly maintained course!Working here we were told that rush creeks goal is to have a public course with the feel and quality of a private course. And it is just that! They care SO MUCH! All of the staff is valued and it shows in their work. Everyone is happy to do their job and it makes every thing run smoothly. It's a golf course so there are many variables out of their control. Like weather, slow golfers. But they do they best to accommodate. The banquet area is beautiful and what an amazing backdrop for wedding photos!!Great food too!! The pub has amazing drinks, appetizers, entrees, desserts and quick food to grab if you can't sit down and have to get back out to hole 10. The beverage carts are fully stocked with beer, cocktails, soda, water, snacks and even sandwiches from the pub. The course offers endless tees, clean carts equipped with USB chargers and nice gps systems! I really really love this course!

Played recently at a Wine and Golf event with a shotgun start. The course can't be beat, the clubhouse is great, and they have some serious burgers and fries in the Highlander restaurant. The carts have the latest GPS technology including a hole flyover. The carts are equipped with divot repair, club/ball washers, and a cooler (No more waiting for the beer cart to come around, stock up! Yes!) Also, a really nice patio to watch the sun set by a fireplace after the round.I only had one complaint - the staff in the pro shop, restaurant, range were great. But the event planning needed some help, it was supposed to be a wine tasting but the line was really long and they only had one server pouring...even though there were 2-3 people continuingly asking him "Need help Joe?" "Can I open bottles while you pour" but never actually helping to speed up service. We also were asked to give up our tables because a wedding party was coming; even though there was nowhere else to sit. I think they need better coordination and planning within the event staff.

Fantastic course. If it weren't for the ranger, would've been a perfect day out with my friends. We finished the round in 4:30, but by the pressure we got from "Les" you'd think we took all day! I'm all for pace of play, but that's the kind of crap that makes my wife (and who knows how many others) unwilling to play golf.

We held both the ceremony and reception at Rush Creek. It is the most beautiful venue! And they are always updating/upgrading the location with the most beautiful finishes and landscaping (that even prompted our photographer to do a majority of our shots outside!) The staff is SO NICE and professional! They think of everything two steps ahead of you; I never really had to ask for anything, because by the time I thought of it whatever it was was already being taken care of! The food was amazing, they were so flexible with our meal options, and our guests really had the best time and raved about the location, the food, and staff, etc. Really, very impressive! The coordinator, Aimee, helped us a great deal with wedding planning and she is incredible! She is so nice and personable, it felt like we were friends at the end! She really thought of everything and and made me, our families and friends feel so welcome and comfortable. She really allowed my day to go very smoothly and without a hitch. I did not have one 'freak out' moment the entire day! To be given such piece of mind on such a busy and important day is really priceless. I am so thankful for Aimee and her staff.Overall - you will not be sorry to have any event at Rush Creek. The ambiance, the decor, the amazing staff - everything is right on par (no pun intended)!

I recently played Rush Creek in May 2018 and was not particularly impressed. I have played Rush many times and I have seen it happening before. Of course, the overall layout of the golf course and the facilities are great, and they hold themselves to a higher standard. With the prices of the green fee so high, you would think they would be willing to keep their golf course in superb conditions like they promise. This time not so much. I noticed many Tee boxes were chewed up and had many divots. Too many for a course that believes they are the best public course in the twin cities. Next, it was the landing areas in the fairway. On some holes, there are many collection areas where a high percentage of play is played from. Again way too many divots and marks to the point it was 50/50 chance landing in an old divot. And for the putting greens, the good thing is the greens role at a good to above average speed which is very challenging. But at the same time, there is so much traffic in the same areas it is like they haven't moved the pin all week and replacing ball marks is optional, seeing from how many marks were on these greens. I found myself fixing 3-5+ marks on every single green just to make my putt line flat. I think I replaced double the amount of ball marks on the green then I had actual strokes on the course!!!I do believe a lot of it can fall on the players on helping maintain the course along the way, but for charging an outrageous price, we would expect to have the maintenance crew have these things maintained because these greens were just butchered. Rush also will send starting players off tees 1 and 10 which clogs up the golf course pretty fast and some round can take a good 5 hours. Range balls are not included in the steep price of a green fee, and carts are not allowed in the parking lot.Rush has a lot of potentials if these issues get cleaned up because there are plenty of upsides to this golf course too. Clean it up Rush and live up to your word or drop the price.
