I love this place. It's the only spot Jax and I go to. If your dog is fussy during grooming, these folks are old school and know how to handle it no problem. Don't need endless papers to get in the door. Great folks. Interesting conversations as well! I am moving and I will miss them much!

These ladies have been grooming for a L-O-N-G TIME! It's time to retire! I have to say they know how to groom a POODLE and that's a hard find! I took my Toy Poodle here since he was a puppy! We moved away to another state for awhile about 7 years, came back knowing they were good, and knew my dog.. unfortunately like everything and everyone else in Minnesota, they grew crabby and inpatient.. blaming my dog for the nipping and not on their practices and taking into consideration my dog is now 13 years old! He's bound to be less tolerant! My thoughts.. they've even said themselves.. Its TIME TO RETIRE!

I've taken my dog here a few times just because I live close by and I'm new to the city. The staff is very rude and short. They keep my dog there for 4+ hours and two times he came back throwing up. It's really loud in there and I think it's a stressful environment. Today was going to be my last visit as I found a new groomer but they're booked out. I walked in and while I waited in line I was talking on my phone. A woman walked up and stared at me and I said hi very friendly multiple times while she just stood and stared saying nothing in return. The other groomer who was checking out another client asked her what I was there for and she said, IDK she's on her phone so I have no idea. I decided to leave. If that type of petty, immature behavior is directed towards me, how do they treat my dog? A simple, I can help you when you're off your phone would've been a perfect response.

Very friendly, efficient, and my puppy seems to enjoy. They are very open to discussing options, giving suggestions. Have always found easy parking on street in front of business.

These ladies have earned their retirement! Thank you for the wonderful service you've provided for many years to our sad little dog. You're never "judgey" on how long it's been or made us feel bad about our little dog's fear behavior. Wish you the best!

Best place to take my two dogs, a rescue little yorkie-poo (less than two years) and our old lady (13 years) bichon-shih tzu. They are efficient and thorough to get them cleaned up and trimmed. Each of them look great when we pick them up and are each happy. Great old school local business and they do what your dog needs, not selling you everything they have. I don't show my dogs but they need to be groomed; so when I drop them off and they ask "what are we doing for them today?", I just tell them to clean them up as they see fit, they are the professionals. Been taking them there for about five years and will continue as long as I live in the area. *Remember cash or check though, no cards.*

Today I picked up my pomeranian from here and she was shaking for some reason. They cut my dogs skin behind her ears rather than use detangler on her knots.

Called them as a new customer. The woman returned my msg for grooming for my two little rescue dogs. She was rude, snippy & abrupt with the scheduling & when I inquired about prices. (Most will give a base price and range. She would not give me a range & snapped, "I won't know until I see.") I had already accepted an opening. When I pointed out that she was being rude (to a potential new customer) she was short with me, in response. When I said that I wasn't sure that I wanted to bring my dogs there, instead of softening her demeanor & being reassuring, she snapped "fine" hung up. Wow! My little dogs are rescues & have had enough trauma in their lives. And, one is elderly & blind & deaf. I was concerned about her patience with them and traumatizing them, further. No way would I subject my fur babies to someone with this demeanor.

The ONLY place in town I will ever take my dogs to. I call them the Gramma Groomers. :) They are the sweetest ladies, who love my dogs, and tailor their services to any special needs. After a horrible experience with another groomer who cut my dogs eye, requiring a cornea surgery, I learned how lucky and grateful I am to have found this place. I have been using them for at least 9 years and have never had anything less than an outstanding experience. I kind of adore them. :)
