Bonjour tout le monde !Boy oh boy, this coffee shop was beyond amazeballs! I was on my way back from some military training, and I ended up taking the wrong exit and ran into this place (not literally). The building itself is just a walk up window, which is pretty convenient, as you do t have to go inside. They'll peeps were very nice (if you like that kind of thing), and they seemed like they loved coffee and what they did. Speaking of that, you could really taste their person and passion in the coffee (not literally taste them, that would just be awkward and weird). I had a hot vanilla latte, with oat milk (I know, I sound like a basic white girl! XD which is funny because I'm a black guy) (oh, if you're offended by what I said go cry to your mom and grow up, it's my post and can say what I want! I digress:|Basically, I'm saying go and drink the dang coffee, it's good!À la prochaine !P.S. I didn't post a pic, because I drank it!

My most favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood. They make the best americanos, better than Dogwood or Workhorse nearby. Reasonable prices. It's a walk up window for now, no indoor seating. The service is always fast and friendly, happy to go here several times a week.

Hey, I'm updating the review not for a rating change but because my previous review was for indoor dining, which they haven't had since sometime during the you know..ah sick thing we went through that starts with a 'P'.There is a walk-up window from a cramped parking lot so you will have to stand outside despite the weather, there is a slight roof area near the ordering area. I thought it was fun to come here in all kinds of weather to order the best Americano I have found. The staff is friendly and work quickly and I found the prices so reasonable I thought there was an error. I have tried the dark roast too and enjoyed the toasty roasty taste with a bit of an after glow on the tongue. Yes they do have pastry but the barista will have to grab a tray and show it to you.

My wife and I stumbled into this place by chance. It's on a soft corner in a non-descript corner of St. Paul. You could easily drive right by Roundtable Coffee Works and not give it a second thought - and you'd be missing out.GOOD: * Least pretentious coffee shop I've ever experienced. Menu is short and atmosphere is extremely low key. The dining area is just two tables next to a roasting machine. The counter guy we had was extremely chill. * The coffee here is excellent! If what you are looking for is a basic, high quality cup of coffee, this is the place.BAD: I really can't find anything wrong with this place. If you have a big posse with you or are looking for other coffeehouse staples, like a folk guitar, tempting pastries, and the ambiance of a lot of people on their laptops, I guess you can go to Spyhouse and drink their weak hipster fluid.Roundtable is closed on Sundays. I plan to go there on most any other day that I am in the area.

Small and simple bar? Check.Minimalistic menu? Check.In-house roasting? Check.Dedicated coffee people? Check.I knew I was after a truly good cup of joe when I walked in, and I was more than impressed.I especially loved their humble approach. I asked what coffee they were serving (answer: a floral Ethiopian) and the best way to have it as (Espresso? Black? Capp?). The duo behind the bar simply told me, "Just as a simple cup of coffee." And they were exactly right: The cup was sweet with pleasant, lingering notes of flowers. A rather round body too for an Ethiopian with very little dryness. My girlfriend had a cappuccino and we shared a few pastries together--they were delightful too. We chatted with the people behind bar for a bit before going on our way. So far this is the best coffee experience I've had in Minneapolis. We absolutely loved it.

Roundtable serves smooth strong coffee in a bright, calm location on the corner of Raymond and Territorial. It is staffed by the owner, Shawn, and some equally agreeable young men. You get fine service and great coffee. I only wish it was open seven days a week!

Off the beaten path. Just the right size. Really friendly, knowledgable guys. The aroma is intoxicating in there...they roast their own beans! Great blend brewing. This is not a place to sit and chat and use your laptop. There are two tables right next to the bean machine. It is a stop-and-get-it to-go kinda place, and the coffee is so worth it. Very rich, rewarding and satisying. We bought some beans to go. The "Hot Mess" blend is awesome!

I've been in here three times now, and I love it! Pros: -Great lattes-Great drip coffee-Friendly service-PARKING-Close to lightrail stop (Raymond)-Beans have made some of the best coffee of my life. The person working was kind enough to grind my beans there for me!Cons:-Not open on Sundays (I would love to grab a morning latte and enjoy the fall weather)!)-Could use more seating inside (I would love to study but it feels a little bit more of a grab and go kind of place.)
