Long story shortened.... I live in CO, my daughter goes to school in MN. She had a minor issue with her car (no fault of the shop) after having her oil changed there. These guys bent over backwards to take care of her and make sure the car was right! Good to know that there's a shop I can trust from 750 miles away!

These guys were incredible. The service was excellent. They went above and beyond for me. Perry even went as far as to give me a ride back to the city when my ride didn't show up. And the next day they stayed open a little while longer so I could get my car.Phenomenal.

I mistakenly though that this place was Larsen Motors-- where I had gone in the past with stellar results. Oh, how wrong I was.My car had a weird noise coming from the right side air filter location. I made an appointment, came in, and was told that they would call me with an estimate before I got any work done. This didn't happen. Instead, I heard from them after the work was complete. They removed debris from my blower motor and replaced the air filter for a total of $140. The air filter was less than a month old, and cost 30% more than my oil change place (Valvoline) charged. The labor charge for the debris removal was $99, which was excessive based on what I've seen on online message boards. $50 is the norm. There was no hourly rate - just the flat fee. I'd be shocked if it took them more than 1/2 hour to work on the car. Additionally, there was a strange "supplies cost" of $9.86 on the bill - which, when I asked about it, is apparently added to every bill as a percentage of the cost of service or parts. Huh? Finally, as I drove off, I noticed my tire pressure light was blinking to indicate a malfunction in the sensors. I returned and explained that the light was blinking and that it had been fine when I dropped the car off. Remarkably, they didn't believe they caused it - "That means your tire pressure is low." Well, it wasn't low when I dropped the car off, you mucked around with the car, now the light is on. Occam's Razor, anyone? As they started taking oil pressure in the tires, I started googling.... apparently a switch under the glovebox was switched inadvertently when they were working on my blower motor. I explained this to them and they located the switch and corrected it. Tire pressure low my a$$. Needless to say, I won't be returning. TL;DR - Zero communication, jacked up prices, can't fix their own mistakes, AVOID.

They replaced the front brakes on my Subaru. Subsequently, one started squeaking and I brought it back, They ground the pads (on both sides, even though only one squeaked). The squeak came back and they replaced the pads, but for some reason, they took the rear wheels off and put them back on. They didn't tighten the lug nuts, and one fell off (reported when I got new tires at Costco several days later). On returning to Roseville, they found a lug nut, installed it, and then proceeded to torque all the rest of the nuts on all 4 wheels over my objection. He said they were all loose and he torqued them to 100 ft-lb. The Costco notes said they torqued them to 89 ft-lb, but "Digger" said they should be 100. I looked up the spec: 89 ft-lbs.The charge for the work was slightly below other quotes, and the quality of workmanship reflected it.They're nice folks but I wouldn't call them "professional".

Come here if you like getting charged double! Came in for a cracked rim and new tire, was told I also needed all four new tires too. They also gave me an estimate for a clicking sound in my steering wheel when I never asked for one. Only good thing I can say is they are very nice people but charge absolutely insane prices. Ended up going to discount tire for a full new set of tires and a new rim for 400 less.

Digger and his team are AMAZING! I had an issue with my car and they worked to make it right and did not charge me even though the issue had nothing to do with their work. These are honest people who go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I highly highly recommend them! They have my business for life!!
