Nice park. Mostly seasonal. If you're considering seasonal be prepared for flooding possibilities as well as a renewal at beginning of August. Once you've signed and paid the deposit you're most likely going to forfeit if you change your mind. Manager, Susie, is all about the contract language when it involves money. Quick to point out verbal is not binding. One additional item. Strict "no kids" policy in force.

Great RV park very peaceful, great for babyboomers, Like me and my dear wife. Susie is a great hostess, looking forward to many fun years! Well cared for park, waiting for more great RV campers. Let's play bags!!!

Arrived later in the day. The office is toward the back of the park. The owner was very attentive and helped us to our site. The park borders the Mississippi River. Site was prepared for our arrival. Sewage and connects are easy access. Staff pick up your trash rate is average!

The location and overall grounds are nice and well kept, but way too much 'bling' (statues, knick-knacks, etc). Way overdone to the point that it's cluttered. There's an overall mindset amongst seasonals to 'keep up with the Jones' with respect to yard appearance, RV's, trailers, etc. I was a seasonal for three years, and ultimately the last straw was when it was suggested to me that I don't return the next season unless I upgraded my 28 foot travel trailer to something newer, because it didn't fit the look and feel of the place (apparently something older than 7 years wasn't good enough?). Also, management is very good at one thing: watching everyone like a hawk. If you want to always feel like you're every move is being scrutinized, this is the place for you!

I never want to leave Rivers Edge.It's like being on a permanent holiday!The managers are also a huge reason why we love it here.They keep the place clean and up to date and very very SAFE!

Not a bad place if you take away the yearly flooding and the owner. We left four weeks into the season because of her and we weren't the first one's out. Stay far far away!
