River Siren Brewing

Can't believe I've never even heard of this brewery before. We were driving back from Wisconsin through Stillwater and decided we needed a beer. This seemed like the most logical place to stop so we could also see the snow sculptures that were melting along the river. Very glad we did.The space has an industrial feel with what looks to be a great patio in the summer. Obviously not open when it is this cold. It held an interesting selection of beers. I mean interesting in a good way. They were not flavors I necessarily would've expected, but reallyenjoyed everything I tried.. Several beers had a little bit of a kick to them that I like spice and a beer, but many breweries really don't know how to balance it out with the other flavors. That was not the case here. I enjoyed everything I sampled on a flight. They also stock, Candyland popcorn, which was nice to have as we had not eaten dinner yet. I really enjoyed this brewery and will definitely stop again when I am in the area.

Lovely brewery in the heart of downtown Stillwater. We stopped in for an after dinner beer after dinner on a Thursday night. They had trivia night going on during that specific evening. One thing I like about the brewery is not only do they have beer but they have tons of other options, seltzers, cbd/thc beverages and NA drinks too! Everyone will be satisfied. Lots of seating areas available whether you're outside gazing at the lift bridge or inside. Tony Freeman is the head brewer that keeps patrons coming back for more of his delicious beer.

Great venue. Love the porch area. Cool vibe and activities for patrons plus a TV if you want to watch the Vikes run amuck over Brock Purdy. There is also a kiosk to order pizza that will get delivered right to the bar which is pretty cool. I just have a hard time spending $8 on a pint when it is coming straight from the teat. It was good, not anything exceptional. Was considering having another but the price kinda swayed me to the "let's see what else there is" and we opted to move on. Multiple birthday groups were also there so that is also good to know in case you are on the search of "event space".

Stopped in at River Siren Brewing while visiting Stillwater, MN.With the weather so nice, it was a perfect spot to sit on the patio facing the river. We sat on the edge of inside/outside patio next to a fireplace. We enjoyed the outdoors but stay covered. They have a wraparound deck so plenty of seating. It looked like there is an upstairs as well but didn't check it out. It is a dog friendly brewery so several folks had their pups with them. It was fun to see all the activity! Looks like a great community of patrons. You walk up to the bar to place your order. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly. My husband likes kolsch style beer so he ordered the Serenade. I don't drink beer so I ordered a hard seltzer and it had the essence of key lime. It was delicious! They brew their own beer and hard seltzers which we love. They don't serve any food but you can bring food in if you like. I have to say the place was spotless! So clean! The restrooms were super clean as well. I absolutely love that. We will definitely be back.

No food, but you can order from nearby restaurants or just walk that way afterwards!!!You order at the bar and then find outside on the patio or inside the building.They have a variety of beers. I tried the rhubarb sour and it was delicious along with the raspberry jalapeño cream ale which I ordered twice.

Stop #37 of our 2024 Hundreds of Hops self-guided US Hop Passport Brewery Tour, one we were excited for.We stopped in for a one & done before grabbing a bite nearby. The service was OK, the beer was OK, leaving us to believe that the location HAS to be what's bringing up the ratings. Once we were given our brews, neither barkeep spoke to us again, despite our being seated at the bar. No inquiries as to how it was (fairly common) or asking if we wanted another.This was also our most expensive stop of the breweries, as they did a buy the high, get the low free, vs the stated half off your first 2. It's not something that we argued, as I agree with that pricing. This is more to let anyone expecting half off your $12 & $6 that you'll be paying $12, not $9. I'd come to sit outside & enjoy the view on a nice day. Otherwise, I'd rather go elsewhere. It is huge, so, also would be nice for a big group.

Beer is good, but there is a fairly small selection. Service was very friendly and helpful. Outdoor seating in the shade or the sun. Your choice.

Located perfectly in the center of Stillwater, very charming and fun, micro brewery with some good beers, great ambience, and beer glasses, too!You really can't go wrong coming here, thank goodness this charming little town of Stillwater has its own micro brewery! I came right in and picked a flight and had a great time. They didn't have a double New England style IPA when I came however, I enjoyed the beers .Even better is the atmosphere and the tables and the entire place! It's a heckuva fun place to go to and great for Groups. Could drop in here right before dinner, and then walk to any of the restaurants along the downtown area. Honestly I thought the beers here were pretty middle of the road for the most part, I had a one or two that had some nice unique flavors. I mean the beer tasted good I don't want to say or give the wrong impression but the one area they might want to focus on some of the beers themselves. It's an incredibly competitive industry with lots of players, which is tough I understand.But I highly recommend you stopping in here for a flight or even staying longer or getting something to eat. Everyone was having a great time here, put it on your list to do!

Our group felt like it wasn't a good experience. They were out of things we wanted which is disappointing but we were willing to look past and still give the place a try, they said their closed in patio was "dog friendly" but sitting out there there wasn't any sort of heat lamp or anything so everyone who came with dogs was absolutely freezing out there. Which leads to the next point... they had this kiosk to order pizza which we assumed was in house and it didn't have any label saying it was actually just Door Dash for one specific restaurant, very very deceiving, which if the brewery had clearly labeled this we would have never ordered knowing it takes so long and we were sitting and getting more and more cold with a dog. We also ordered not realizing their patio enclosure had zero heat lamps and doors were getting stuck open and it was terrible. So, unknowingly, we ordered two separate pizzas and the first one took more than an hour to receive, and they didn't come at the same time. The guy said 15 more minutes which was a blatant lie... other one came 40 minutes later... it felt like we were turning into ice at this point. And once we realized this was an out of house situation after the first pizza we tried calling the pizza place to cancel the second pizza they pointed us to door dash. Finally the second one came and it was the wrong pizza. Not to mention I ordered a ranch which was $1.50 (way over the top) and came 1/3 full - it didn't spill at all that's just what they give. We left absolutely freezing from the "dog friendly patio enclosure" and so crabby and frustrated. I feel like the brewery needs to put heat lamps, have things in stock, and clearly label that they are using door dash at their establishment.

River Siren is a fun place to hang out in Stillwater. There is ample seating inside and on the patio, where the view is lovely. Plenty of games at the entrance to pick up and play. There are food options certain days of the week. I had the seltzer, it was delicious. Pets are welcome on the patio.
