This Friday morning, I was struggling to get out of bed, so I decided to stop for some coffee on my way to pick up my usual bread delivery. As I drove through Kimball, Minnesota, I stumbled upon Rise and Grind Coffee. The place looked bustling, so I figured I'd treat myself to a little pick-me-up. Upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised by the charming decor. It was a small yet inviting space, perfect for anyone looking to relax with a cup of coffee. I ordered a pumpkin pie latte, and it was expertly crafted, with just the right blend of spices, espresso shots, and flavor. I opted for oat milk, which can sometimes be hit or miss, but they nailed it this time. The atmosphere was filled with friendly smiles and lively conversations, making it a delightful experience. I'll definitely make it a point to stop by every Friday on my way through!
