Red Wing Confectionery

While waiting for the Red Wing shoe store showroom to open, I popped in here and had a coffee and a "monster cookie."Coffee was good, cookie was excellent. A very few tables for seating inside and definitely nowhere to set up a laptop. I enjoyed the beverage and the treat.[Review 20720 overall - 132 in Minnesota - 1702 of 2023.]

Chocolate galore, need I say more? Something for everyone and the chocolate tasted so high quality. I walked out of there spending way too much money but man, it was worth it.

This wonderful place exceeds expectations in every way. Fantastic chocolatiers who make more combinations of chocolate and fillings than anywhere I've been. Very much a California kind of experience, or at least equal or superior to St. Paul's Candyland, in a very unexpected place. The store was good before, but post-Covid they have really upped their game. The coffee and tea drinks are excellent, the Mexican Hot Chocolate is my favorite hot drink anywhere. Their ice cream is special (love the raspberry gelato) although the selection is not huge, I've blown my diet there often and never once regretted it. ;-)If Red Wing had an Art Crawl, it would be doing visitors a disservice not to put Red Wing Confectionery on the tour. I'd go there just to look a their beautiful candy artwork. My wife has more pressing reasons to visit, though. We stopped in today for their Valentines Special chocolate-covered strawberries and it was more than worth the visit.

An upscale treat aficionado's dream! They hit your sweet, savory, sour, fruit, umami... whatever you're into - they have it! Service is always warm and helpful, though it can get busy in there! The store is always clean and shelves are carefully arranged to perfection. You can easily find what you're looking for as everything is labeled clearly too -- which can get crazy sometimes when you have as much product as they do! Make sure to scan the shelves before you check out -- I always find I want one more thing after I have rung up my purchases, lol. This is for sure a diamond in Red Wing's downtown!!

Very cute little shop with whatever sweet treat or warm beverage you want: local root beer float, scoop of ice cream, espresso drinks, chocolate, hand made caramels, and more! A large sized bag of kettle pop corn with white and dark chocolate was less than $6. You can't beat the prices or service ANYWHERE! So glad we stopped here on our quick trip to the Red Wing museum.

Red Wing Confectionery will give you wings! Yep you read that right, these delightful delicacies will put some pep in your step by how delicious they are! I was gifted some chocolates and a popcorn mix. The dark chocolate was so so good! It was deeply rich with multi layered flavors. I also got a chocolate covered sea salt caramel Oreo... uhm how can you go wrong with any combination of those words?! The popcorn mix had their delicious chocolate layered in clusters with the sharp cheddar dusted popcorn.Whether as a gift or a sweet indulgence, you can't go wrong with Red Wing Confectionery!

Great selection of sweets made on site. Conveniently located near Clementine Flowers in the St James Hotel. Friendly staff every time I've been in.

Great little candy, coffee & ice cream shop on the main drag. Stopped in on small business Saturday, grabbed some toffee and white chocolate dipped Oreos. Both were delicious! Toffee had some sea salt on it, was the perfect little treat. Next time we'll try some ice cream.

The candy is very good and so is the popcorn. Really cute shop with a very nice sales associate.

Delicious chocolate, lots of options, ice cream was good, the employees were nice and it's within walking distance of other shops, restaurants, etc.
