we were checking to see if our less than stellar review was removed. All summer long, we have discussed how badly ready randys treated us as senior citizens. I am disabled, and we enjoy going to car shows in the summer as a nice day out together. We arrived at the show early, so we could choose a good spot. We were 7th to arrived. Immediately upon arrived, we were told we could not park where we choose. We HAD to park where we were told to park. That spont, was BEHIND the building, beyond a handicapped parking spot, where we could not hear the music, see the cars, or participate in any way. I tried complaining, but to no avail. We were treated with complete disrespect. Didnt matter that we had disabilities, problems walking, or anything else. We were shoved away from the show we paid to participate in. to those of you who are not young, or have physical issues, you may NOT want to choose this outfits car shows to participate in, unless you like having your feelings hurt. They were glad to take our money, but not willing to treat senior citizens with any amount of common respect. We havent been there since, and we wont go back for any reason. We are telling everyone we know about our treatment, and asking them to avoid an outfit like this, that seems to shun the elderly. Pass it on !!!

I can't really understand why this spot is always dead unless there's an event going on, but if you're looking for a spot that you won't have to wait for a table, this will likely be your best bet every single time. The food isn't out of this world, but it is a good option in relation to other choices in town. I think the catered food is actually better than the off the menu food, but I love that they have a weekly menu of specials that is ever changing. The fire pasta is one of our favorites and I love the variety of beers that they have!

I came hungry, I left angry - 2 stars!I'd rate our food as mostly 4 stars, the service as 2 or 3 stars, and the owner as 1 or 2 stars. I'm averaging everything out to a disappointing 2 star experience. After over 800 reviews, this is the first time I've ever been told by an owner to not take pictures and to leave. WOW - unbelievable! I arrived excited and hungry. But the aggressive tongue lashing I got from the owner (Randy) over a photograph left me unhappy with the whole visit. Our table of 4 was nearly speechless over the angry silliness of the owner. As a result, 4 first time customers will never set foot inside Reddy Randy's again. All 4 of us are business owners and we were all horrified by this bad treatment. I don't understand why a business owner would treat customers this way. While waiting for your food, I walked around the restaurant to check things out. I took a couple photos of the dining room, the bar, and the banquet hall before it got too dark outside (see photos). When I entered the banquet area (connected to the bar area by a giant archway), I mentioned to the dude working in that area (later revealed to be the owner) that I was taking a couple photos for Yelp. His face scrunched up, he told me photos aren't allowed, and he ordered me to get out. (Funny, I saw LOTS of photos of the banquet area on Trip Advisor and other internet sites - why didn't he stop THEM from taking photos?) After recovering from my disbelief over how I was just disrespected, I told him that taking photographs isn't against the law. He told me this is private property and again, I need to get out. Then I asked him, "Don't you want free advertising?" He emphatically told me, "NO!" So I guess Reddy Randy's doesn't need advertising or reviews or photos or happy customers or money. Not all business owners are thrilled with photos. I understand that. But most of them make the best of it, they turn it into a positive and take the opportunity to show off their business...and even provide a short tour of the business and the amenities. This is very wise customer service, in my opinion. But not Randy. Ready Randy isn't ready to be nice to customers. News alert: This is not how you treat paying customers and first time customers.Oh...most of our food was pretty good. The service was lackluster and slow as hell, despite being the only occupied table in the giant dining room. Our server couldn't answer any of our detailed questions about food ingredients. Oh, well. I give up.After going to nearly every restaurant and bar in New Richmond in the past 6 months (we only have 3 left), this was our first really negative experience. Happily, there are lots of wonderful businesses in New Richmond, lots of excellent owners & staff members, and lots of friendly down-to-earth people. In summary: 4 new customers - 3 from Clear Lake and 1 from Anoka - we won't be back.- Maxx

I feel bad for folks in New Richmond, if this is one of the only places to eat in town. The food was just not good at all. I can't even give it a better description, other than to comment that things were bland, soggy, and just all around poor. Our waitress was very nice, but you could tell was just not enthused about having to serve the food. Maybe just go for the bar and skip the food altogether.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. We gave them three chances and they struck out all three times. Will never be back. The food was subpar, The service was terrible, and for their final strike out they couldn't even get a carry out order correct. Got all the way to my destination, discovered they forgot part of the order and had to drive back to the restaurant.I give this Restuarant a big "avoid" rating.

Decided to try this place out for Easter brunch. Bad decision. There was a lot of food with lots of options, however the quality of the food was extremely subpar. Some of the dishes reminded me of a school cafeteria at best! It definitely was not worth the $22 bucks pp. We could've had better food without spending as much if we'd cooked our own Easter dinner. Very disappointing.

We have been here multiple times & every time the food has been outstanding. There have been times when the service hasnt been the best but that doesnt change my rating! The good outweighs the bad here!

I've been here a few times. Not sure why I keep giving it a chance. The Sunday brunch is not fresh, basically sits out without any attention from staff. They have an omelet station which is basically eggs in a carton poured into a pan. The rest of the food is lackluster in taste and the attempt to make a chicken wellington was sad at best. The burgers are over seasoned with msg. The fries are way to greasy. Only thing that is good is the cheese curds. That's only because they're from Ellsworth. I'm amazed that a restaurant that hosts chef competitions is this lazy. Kill the flies and clean it up. Start cooking with fresh ingredients.

This was good food..when we were 10 and didn't know better. We did not expect amazing food or service. We definitely didn't expect to receive food with a grill brush bristle. I can also definitively say that their Fire chicken pasta is trash. If I wanted franks red hot in my alfredo then I could have asked my 12 year to cook dinner. The issues were brought up to the owner and all he could do was make excuses and argue.

We had a party of 4 at the bar with 4 other patrons sitting around us. There were two staff working the bar during a non-busy time. We had empty beverages in plain sight pushed to the inside edge of the bar indicating we were patiently waiting for service. Neither of the staff would acknowledge us. After nearly 15 minutes we had to "flag down" a bartender to get served. This is one of a number of times we've tried this venue with the hopes the experience would improve. The service consistently proves to be sub-par/hit or miss and the food, in our opinion, seems to be nothing more than heat & serve with lacking quality ingredients where possible which ruins an otherwise respectable menu item. We, along with others in our group will not be returning. Im confused over the 5 star reviews based on our consistent 1-2 star experiences but perhaps other nearby venues have simply set a higher standard for us. Furthermore and rather a personal "thorn", this venue responds to negative reviews (ie on their Facebook page) by implying the customer is wrong for how they felt and doing so in a poorly stated & misspelled manner. Sorely unprofessional in my opinion. This said, ours is only one review. Those considering this venue can take it at whatever worth they choose.
