This has become my favorite brewery, as all the beers are fantastic, and the flavors here are especially natural and fresh tasting. The Sausage pizza is quite good.Try the Peanut Buddy Porter (or the Barrel Carved Imperial Pumpkin if they have it).

There is a cool tap room with outside seating on the NE side of Minneapolis. Parking is not the greatest, so prepare to walk a block or two unless you Uber it.Their beers are certainly above average. They have something for everyone here. It's here for you: Malty, Hoppy, Sours, Dark, High ABV sippers. They also have a kitchen to order food. There are things really to comment on, but if you have a hankering for a gnoshable, you will be satisfied.I also noticed they have a bottle program. I picked up a couple of their BA Barleywines and a BA stout. They were well made. They were a bit higher priced than they should be, but I enjoyed them.Certainly worth the trip if you want to do some day drinking

Very calm night because I went during the State Fair week, so there was no foot traffic. I love the atmosphere still, with the amount of tables and sitting area. My favorite was a small area with jenga and dice games. Wish they have card games as well cuz nothing beats drinks and cards. Tried their brews but didn't get a chance to try their food services. I can't wait to go back to Minnesota and see how lively it gets during an average night.

I've been to Pryes many times before and it never disappoints. This time was for an engagement party and the room reserved was so cute and they let my friends bring in decorations. I didn't get a beer this time but I love a lot of their sours. I did get a pizza and it was really good. The staff is awesome. They are super friendly and brought the food back to the private room based on the QR code. My friends and I always have a good time at Pryes. Highly recommend checking it out.

Pryes Brewing was an excellent change of pace for Steve and myself. We get a lot of IPA'S and unfortunately we wind up getting bored with some of them. We have had plenty of New England, East Coast and West Coast IPA'S but I never had a Midwest IPA before and I loved it. For this beer they used hops from the west Coast and malts from the east coast. This made a toned down and pleasantly smooth IPA that I felt was unique, memorable and enjoyable. Flavors to be on the lookout for with this lovely beer are hoppy, malty and sweet. The beer is very smooth and light bodied which I often have said and sought out many times before with our brewery adventures.

Great experience at Pryes! Love how they expanded the space. Ordering at the table makes things so simple, and the staff is nice and quick!

This is a great place for groups! My friends have been regularing this place due to its proximity to their climbing gym and this has become a good regular place for us! The place is absolutely huge with seating indoors, upstairs, and outside in appropriate weather. They host a variety of events and the staff is friendly and welcoming when you order your drinks. Food and drinks are ordered at the bar walk up style or from a QR code at your table which gives the place a very casual feel. Beers have a lot of variety available in their brews and all of the three we tried our last visit were great! Additionally we tried the elote fries and although this is an app best suited for two - all four of us were satisfied due to how thick and smothered the waffle fries came out! Food was very fast too despite the place being extremely packed. Volume is a bit loud when the place is on the fuller side but again, this is a place that leans casual. Additionally, I have never seen so many babies - this is an extremely well behaved and kid friendly place. People seemed to really mind their manners and I didn't notice anyone drinking heavily or using any sort of harsh language in order to keep up the family friendly appearance on the guest side. This is definitely a place I would return to and recommend for new families in particular!

This place is huge with a ton of different seating options so it is great for getting together with groups. They have about 20 beers (and other house made drinks) on tap and will let you taste the ones you're interested in before committing to your drink. Tip is included and each beer ends up being about $11 and you can either order at the bar or from your table, though I would recommend just ordering at the bar because there you will get good prompt service. Food looked simple but tasty and I thought it was cool that they had windows into the brewery. They have this fun game on the first floor that's kind of like botchee ball and makes for an entertaining activity in between beers. Calling all Twin Cities brewery fans, you've gotta check this place out!

Fun fact - my husband and I had our first date at Pryes Brewing and later got engaged there! We have visited many time, the most recent being this previous Saturday for a drink with a few friends. We do appreciate their large selections for drinks, catering to those who are GF as we all those seeking NA options. The outdoor seating is always plenty, although less used during cold seasons. One thing that always happens is upon walking inside, there are a couple tables in the area people line up to order. So every time, you find people in one or two long lines waiting when there are staff just waiting and sitting around, not wanting to stand between the tables to order at the other stations. And I have never seen staff wave or call people over, instead standing around chatting or on their phones. They have expanded their space since we started coming, we often see couples, families, friends, and more using the space which is lovely. One thing that is a drawback that prevents us from visiting sometimes, is the parking. If you are trying to attend an event at Pyres, you will very well not find a parking spot unless you circle for an hour or park far away. Putting lines on the street parking along the curbs would be very helpful to maximize parking spots. Pros are for sure their large selection of drinks, they allow doggies (outside only I think), their location right off the Mississippi river, the space, the environment that is appropriate for families to first dates, and that they have lots of seating and food. Cons are the parking and long lines. Recommend to check it out (not during an event for the first time unless you Uber/Lyft).

Stop 6 on the Hundreds of Hops Tour New Year, New Passport! It's only been a few months since my last visit & everything from before is still accurate- so, I'll skip typing it all out. This time we didn't have food & spent $10.22 for 2 brews, after out BOGO discount. The Strawberry Amour Sour came in as a surprise win. I was hesitant but, when it's your free selection, why not take a little risk and step outside your box?!?The hubs had a blood orange pint - it was good... mine was better. I still really like the layout here & think one could easily & comfortably spend all day here- sipping brews, munching the bar menu, playing games & watching the fires
