Primo is a favorite for our family living in Monticello. We opt for the thin crust. Try the Reuben pizza. It has steak, onion, sauerkraut and a thousand island dressing. It is good and even the little ones loved it. This is not a luxury dining experience by any means, and it's not exactly cheap at around $20 for a large pizza... but we just can't avoid ordering pizza take out every so often and for dining options in Monticello I would say that this is your place to go. Watch for coupons and discounts.

This place is so much better under new management now no more smoking in the kitchen and rudeness to patrons. really enjoy going here now where before it was kind of not the best place because the attitude of the staff. That has changed dramatically. the pizza is just plain good old fashion pizza, With a nice welcoming atmosphere.

Service has gone down significantly in the past year. Not always able to order. Food quality is practically unbeatable when you are able to place an order. Deliveries are always on time with friendly drivers.

This is our favorite pizza but the website has been down the last 3 times when we tried to order. We tried calling to place our order but nobody answers the phone. I know staffing is a challenge for everyone so hoping you can overcome this because your pizza is amazing. I would prefer to give our business to you but have ordered from other places due to the concerns mentioned. We will keep trying, though!

Great pizza when you're able to get it! We have had a couple of problems in the past with us showing up during pick up time and no one was there. Happened again today, we ordered online, paid, and showed up at pick up time and the lights were off and no one was there. Very frustrating paying for a service and no one is there. Please update your hours online. Currently it says you're open but you're very obviously not open. We will be expecting a full refund and will find a new place to order from for the future

Great pizza selections! Many options you can't find at the basic box pizza places. The cheeseburger pizza sauce is delish. Anything with sauerkraut is a must as well. Great service and food.
